Likes

I liked the location of the college, it is surrounded by greenery.
The ratio of girls and boys is equal. In some branches it's more.
The teaching faculty is good. Even the college infrastructure.

Dislikes

The main disadvantage is it takes a lot of time to go as it is a bit far from the city.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is relevant to the modern industrial world as they frame it with the advises of industry experts. Making us have an idea of the outside world. Each semester placement activity is conducted.

Internships Opportunities

As long as internship is concerned, they give a list of interships which you can do and from that you should select and do. Incubation cells are also there where they hire you as an intern and pay you for the work you have done.

Placement Experience

In the previous year there was a good number of placements and the avg was 3 lakh per annum. Students were hired in companies like Cape Gemini, Microsoft and other top companies. The highest placement was 51 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Over all the college is good, teaching is also very good. The infrastructure is very good. Transportation might be bit of a problem but it's very good. Good placements have taken place. The lecturers are very friendly. As it is autonomous now, it is easier to get marks.

Campus Life

The over campus life is good due to its huge greenery. Clubs like drama, gaming, singing, dance, fashion are there. And each department has a technical club of its own. Allt he clubs conduct events on a regular basis.

Admission

I chose this college due to its name. It is a tier 1 college making it one of the best colleges to apply for. There is no exam as such for admission. You can join through management seat too. The fees is a bit more through management seat

Faculty

The faculty is very friendly and teach very good. Each department has very good teaching faculty who help whenever we want and clarify allt he doubts. They also conduct tech talks with industry experts.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent when taking into account that recession is going on, placement percentage is arond 65 percentage across all branches. For Computer raelated branches its more this year (2025), and median for cs branches is around 12LPA. Students are eligible for placements from 7th sem onwards. Highest package is said to be from microsoft(not confirmed officially) with a package of 52 LPA . Took students from CCE.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good mainly for IT related courses. And average package is around 6to 7 LPA. I came here in the intention of grtting placed in the college campus only. From 5th semester you can get internships as well as placements.

There is decent placements in the college. The average placements in the college is 15 lakhs per annumn ( 12LPA for CSE).Frequently visiting companies in the colleges are ORACLE, HP, Samsung,CISCO,and many new startups.Around 70% of students got placed in incampus with decent packages. Generally students got placed afte 7th sem but got internships in their 2nd and 3rd years.

As of today September 2024 there are no placement round that happened in banglore campus as its new but the 1st batch 2021-25 will have their placement in main campus so the average is around 13LPA but our batch(26) will have placement here it slef so we are expected good placement than them as we will get more companies than main campus so based on pervious stats 80% have got placed and least package is 8LPA and highest is 42LPA the college will train you and push you to get better placement you should just liste. To them and follow by maintain decent gpa(7) in 2022 around 185 companies visited manipal including manjor companies like amazon Microsoft oracle Nvidia. And the requirement for sitting in placement for few companies are way low like amzon requirement were 5gpa so its easy to get opportunities but you should use them completely

In our college, placement training starts from second year itself . But the major placements start from 3rd year 6th sem . We need to have atleast a cgpa of 8 to be eligible. Companies like Wipro,TCS, Accenture, Infosys do visit our companies. Last time the highest Package was 25 lakhs. This year it is 29 lakhs offered by a Japanese company. Our placement percent is 60% approx.

Admission process was done smoothly.You should have 45% in class 12 in PCM or PCMB.Application fees is around 2000 and the form comes in March or early April.There is reservation for HKR region.Fees should be reduced for Comed-K students who are coming to study from outside the state....Read More
