Course Curriculum Overview
So I chose btech in cse becauss it's growing stream in today's generation, and from very starting I love codings programming. Just a little bit hectic course due to academic but as the time will move on you will enjoy it.
Internships Opportunities
As I'm in first year so I don't know much about the internships program but college provides internships to students from 5th sem and there are many opportunities also you can take part in hackthon and grab a good amount.
Placement Experience
From 5th sem student starts to get internship and from 6th sem students start sitting in college placement, many companies visit our campus during placement and also faculty members help us. You can also take off campus placement also
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fees is 669000 For 3 months you have to pay - 69000 Hostel 3 months fees - 20000 Registration fees - 10000 Development fees - 9000 See scholarship is mainly provided to the residency of west bengal that too who belongs to minority and common scholarship is national scholarship for which you will need 9+cgpa and no back in any semester and one more is which is for girls only, conditions are the same as the national one. If you will study hard then you can take benefits.
Campus Life
I'm in first year so I don't know much about clubs and all but yes your campus life will be zero in this campus. In the campus they only have three buildings, in first year you will be in one building, in second amd third year you will be in another building and in fourth year you will be in third building of our campus
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good you have to 20000 for 3months and you will get food and louding there is no wifi in the hostel, all students can all together pay and can get wifi. Food is not that good, here you will not get breakfast from monday to sat breakfast is only on Sunday.
Admission
To take admission in B.P. Poddar institute of management and technology you have to write wbjee exams which is held by west bengal gov in april and you have to gain rank 30k or above then you can secure your seat in this clg with cse branch.
Faculty
The faculty is very helpful, they will teach u guide u in every way possible. If you fall in problem then they will also help you. Teachers are very up to date, teaches you in friendly manner labs are fun you can enjoy your clg life here also
