Course Curriculum Overview

3

The college takes assessments in regular intervals of time so that the students are always academically active . I had a previous knowledge of the subject legal studies from where I got interest in the subject . But the teaching methods , in my opinion, everyone should use ppts.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The yearly fees for my course is Rs. 2,05,000 and it is only for students residing outside Karnataka. For the Kannadigas it is around 1,75,000. Availing scholarship is based on merit like your scores in exams and your financial background.

Campus Life

3

In the month of September we have the ethnic day or bhasha utsav where students of every state portrays their culture and heritage and after that everyone dances their lungs out . The library is one of the best in the country having a lot of collections of books.

Admission

1stly I gave clat 2022 but during that time it collided with my pre boards this not cracking the exam . Later I gave other law entrance tests like the LSAT, CUET and MHCET . As Christ's nirf rank was also good , so I went for it and by the time MHCET's results were out it was September 2023 so I stayed at Christ as it is in the metro city too which gives me a lot of opportunities.

Faculty

2.5

The faculties in our department of our college are well versed with their field of subjects. Even the faculty coordinator whom we have is only for 1st and 2nd year . For 3rd to 5th year a different faculty coordinator is set up. But the teacher student ratio is not apt for a college like this . 78:1 is not perfect.

Placement Experience:

From the 8 semester, students are eligible for placements. Companies like trilegal, khaitan and co made few offers and students got placed. Highest package was about 12 lacs and avg would be around 7. 50% students get their placement. I am quite inclined towards the corporate sector.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very much into these crimes and investigation from before and also as my dad is also a lawyer i had a touch to this course since my childhood and i took up this course. The thing you study in books is very different until you experience the same. Its very imporatnt to have experience in this course. This college is very much into the books and not practical real world. I guess that should be improved in this college. There will be 2 exams for a academic year. The difficulty will be moderate and depends on university.

The course is well updated as it is prescribed by the board and the subjesmcrs are Intresting more over there are practical subjects where the involvemt is required it's not just the book that need to be focused but all your senses need to be opened up it is relevant to the present date and yeah it's the law so there isn't much changes that can be see on a regular basis but what need is more of practical involvement is the students also The faculty are also advocates who practised so they do have the practical knowledge of the actual situation
