Remarks

The college is good interms of development of the students as it focuses on the allover development of the students. But when it comes to studies it is very difficult for the students to manage. The working hours of the college is too much almost 7 hours. And compulsory 85% attendance is a big task which had to take care about. Christ university charges fine for every late submissio or if you have less attendance.

Entrance Preview

There is no need to apply for any exam to get admission in christ university. The candidates need to apply for the entrance test of christ university. I chose christ university over others because christ university is the best college in India for pursuing BBA as it is ranked 1 number of the county. And reviews from seniors are also very good about the faculty and the college. I had applied for regular BBA but I got BBAT but I was fine with it because it a advanced version of BBA. Admission process is divided into 3 stages. 1ST entrance test of 2hrs. 2nd eassy writing in 15min. 3rd interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The structure of the course is pretty good. The course is based on extra research is always needed. The books are not enough for the course in christ university always extra efforts are needed. There is an option available for the students to choose an new and different course or subject which they want to study which they can choose as an open elective course which is done after the college. The course is of 6 month after the college hours, there are more then 100 courses in the form of open elective are available for all the students of 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year.

Internships Opportunities

College as a good ratio of providing internship and the stipend differs from company to company. As the senios says that the overall experience is good which is really when the students go for the placements. The kind of internship provided by the college is pretty good which develops the students overall confidence.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements and job opportunities in christ university are really very good. As its placement ratio is quite high. The tye ups of the college are really very good. The placements are given on the basis of total score of the candidates which comes out by adding the total marks score in 3 years and the total credits gained in 3 years.

College Events

4

The participants in cultural festivals of the college is very high which helps the students to learn the management skills and organiseing skills of the students in the college. The students make full use of the technology. There is almost 1 festival in 1 month in christ university. And there are certain mega festival in which colleges from the city comes. The students are selected for the college team are on the basis of the festival which are conducted for the students of christ university only. The winners are selected for the college team to represent in inter college festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible for the students. The fees structure is divided into 3 parts 1st local students need to pay less then the students coming from Northern side of the county. And NRI needs to pay the highest amount in terms of fees. For example frees for local students and students from nearby states will be 60000, then students from Northern side need to pay 75000 and NRI needs to pay 105000. The fees need to be paid in the form of demand draft or cash. From the second year all the 1st year students will be registered to south Indian bank and from 2nd year cash aur transaction from south Indian bank will be accepted as the fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I don't think any scholarship or loan facilities are available in this college because everything in christ is done after receiving money. And I have never heard about any policy like this in last 7 months.

Campus Life

4

The gender ratios in the college is almost same. As there are almost same number of boys as well as girls in the college. There are student parties like discipline cummmite, student council. The students are from all over the country as well as overseas. There is a day celebrated as ethnic day in the college in which all the students wear the clothes which belongs to there region or religion. There are workshop conducted on various on going topics in the country as well as world. Christians and local students are given much more priority then northern students.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel rooms are OK but there is no other facilities available except a room. The total fees for 1 year of hostel in christ is 30,000. Meals are not included in this the students have to eat in INDIAN COFFEE HOUSE (ICH) which makes it more expensive for the students. There is a biometric installed on the gate of the hostel in which students need to swipe to times a day if they forgets to do so they need to pay fine of 100 rupees in every miss of the biometric swipe. The christ hostel only has occupancy for male students. And no one is allowed to take eatables inside the hostel. The students need to be back by 9 pm or they won't be allowed to enter the hostel. In shot it is a kind of jail.

Alumni/Alumna

No the alumni are not that useful to the present 1st year students. Senior are a bit usefully only because the work load in christ is very high having 5 to 7 subject and submission of CIA is a difficult task. But still the present 2nd and 3rd year students are useful to the 1st years students. There have been quite good interactions with seniors specialy for co-curricular activities in the college.

Exam Structure

Te exam structure of christ university is totally different from other college in the country. Christ university focuses more on practical knowledge. It is based on 70 + 30 ratios 70% is valued from CIA which I stands for class internal assessment and 30% for the written exam which is called end semester exam. 70% of CIA involves test like presentation in the class, your commcation skills are checked and submission of projects include in this. There are 2 CIA and 1 mid-semester which comes under this 70% and rest of the 30% comes from the end semester exam.

Admission

1st log on to the college site which is www.christuniversity.in. 2nd select the course whichever the candidates want to pursue from the christ university. 3rd All documents like 12the marksheet and 10th marksheet and the fees chalan of the form need to be mailed to the college. 4th The documents need to be posted also to the college withing 5 working days of the submission of the form online. 5th All the necessary details will be sent to the candidates phone number and mail I'd which is been given to the college. 6th The details will be like which is the centre of the candidates and the timing for the test and interview. 7th. First there is entrance test of 2hrs then the candidates need to write 2 essays within 15 minutes and then at the last there is personal interview. If the candidates will be selected they will receive message like " congratulations you have been selected" And if not then "we regret to inform you that you have not been selected" or the candidates can be shortlisted. If the candidates is selected then they need to deposit the fees in the given period of time.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is well qualified in terms of teaching. Has the faculty makes full use of the technology while teaching. And the teaching patter of the faculty is well in advance. But it is difficult to comment that a certain teacher is interested or not. But yeah many times teachers are being shuffled for example. An accountancy teacher may be needed to teach holistic education aur current affairs. Christ university is been in trouble has the accountancy teacher are not stable yet in the college. As in the last semester business management teacher was teaching accounts to some classes.

For project work various corporate houses have inked deals with TAPMI and therefore even though no batch of BBA Hons has been placed so far but those are the organisation who will take our services. For our services our university has set of standard of 5 LPA. So I feel median would be more or less upto 8-9 LPA.

I was first to register and i hope I become the first student at TAPMI to have placements as well. Placements will begin for TAPMI Bengaluru for the first time in 2026 December and the wait is on. As far as the history and TAPMI Manipal who is our sister college goes, I think each student will be having an offer letter of 5-10 LPA.

We will be the first one to be placed but as per reports university has made tie-ups and we will be sitting for interviews from this year. There are challenges as companies have been informed that no student will be provided below a package of 5 lakhs so I feel median would be around 8 lakhs or so which is as good as engineering students.
