Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum of RGUHS sees the equal qualities of MBBS students that include sports, arts, culturals, etc. It also helps in students to understand the basic knowledge of becoming a good doctor improving our communication skills, and how to interact with patients thus making it easier for the future.

Fees and Financial Aid

For the yearly fees for mbbs course, I'll be paying 60000 as a college fee. The tution fee per year is 10000, the caution fee is 5000, the development fee is 2000, lab fees include 4000. After all these seperate exam fees of 2500 per year. The scholarship available for Bachelor of medicine and Bachelor of surgery(MBBS) is SSP( State Scholarship Portal) which provides a scholarship of 50000.

Campus Life

4

The events usually held here are culturals, sports, and national holidays like Independence day, Republic Day, Karnataka libertion day, etc. Other festivals are also Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, and diwali. The library here is quite large including all types of books and authors. Anti-ragging committees which prevent from teh ragging by seniors to juniors

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The hostel faciltiea are good, they have good ventilation in room, emergency exits at each floor. The meal quality is not upto mark and sometimes they fail to maintain hygiene leading to frequent food poisoning

Admission

This college was alloted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) by conducting an all-over-country examination called NEET. I had secured a rank of 80000 and thus got alloted to this college. The previous college was the first batch so there was no one to guide this leading to rejection.

Faculty

4

The faculty here is so good and they have a lot of knowledge. They personally take it as a challenge to support the students here. They help in every aspect. Here teh only exam we write is final exams conducted by RGUHS which is the main branch of MBBS course. Apart from that the internals conducted here are at the point and it really helps in understanding the concept maming it easy for future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
