Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum has a unique blend of mathematical science with computer sciences . Also covering modern day topics like deep learning and Artificially intelligence. The curriculum prepares the individual for both academia and corporate sector . Tne areas of imporvement can be teachers being more handy while teaching using technology. Exams are held in every month with moderate to tough difficulty.

Class Size: 22Course Fees: INR 205000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee of 1 semester- 102500 Fee waiver is available for students on basis of parental income. 66.67 % of fees is waived whose income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakh and 100% fee is waived for students whose income is less than 1 lakh .

Campus Life

The annual fest is named INTEGRATION. Typically held in late january / February of each year. The library is quite big and 1 lakh books and journals and much more electronic resources. ISIK also has a institute club which takes care about all the extra curricular activities and sports activities.

Admission

I also application for VIT and BITS but i choosed ISIK over them because of its unique curriculum and modern day applications of the syllabi taught. The only way students can get into the course is through ISI admission test usually held in may of each year.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10 which is better for greater in depth learning. I liked Dr. Malay bhattacharyya because of his unique way of teaching. Most of the courses have 4 examination in a semester . One mid semester, One end semester and 2 quizes. The curriculum is modern and has mouch depth.

Placement Experience:

Pros and cons of ISI

I also applied to other colleges in engineering through jee mains but couldn't get the cut-off marks cleared . The admission process of ISI is through ISI admission test .this test has great toughness and only tastes mathematics of 10+2 level.
