- They have a very good campus where students can enjoy their free time.
- They have AC classrooms so it won't be a prblm during summers.
- The have an attached canteen which serves delicious food.
Dislikes
- The management needs to be improved it gets chaotic sometimes.
- They lack in proper time management in the clg.
- The classes are good but the corridors are bit small so it gets crowded easily.
Course Curriculum Overview
As it is an autonomous institute so it abides its own rules so it does not teach us any subject which is not going to be important in our future. I personally liked it very much as this type of decisions are taken by very few colleges.
Internships Opportunities
Well I am a first yr student so I have not got any internships till now but as much I have heard from the seniors the clg gives very limited opportunities for internships so u have to work hard and earn it.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th sem is done. Good companies visit the campus like TCS, COGNIZANT, DELLOITE etc. It also collabed with IBM and Google for the betterment of the Students.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am B tech 1st yr student in the field of Computer Science with Artificial intelligence and my course fee for 4 yrs is 6.84L. First I had to pay 89k at once at the time of admission that is the 1st sem fee and after that we have to pay 84k for each semester. We also have to pay 5k for dress and bag and other stuffs and a value of 2k need to be paid for each semester exams.
Campus Life
We have freshers named Enthusia which is held approximately it the month of December on the college ground itself. And a fest is also organized every year named Sahotsava which is held approximately in the month of May.
Admission
You can get admission here through JEE MAINS OR WBJEE or by your boards percentage or through their own entrance test that is the TNJEE you can visit the clg and take admission or also can go to their office at Chingrighata and take admission there.
Faculty
They have very good and experienced faculty team for b tech. They not only teach from the books but also give outside knowledge which is important. And we also get full freedom to do whatever things we like.
