Course Curriculum Overview
My course is physical science with computer science. And i have a good interest in it. The curriculum is often good and we have so many experiences towards the scientific approach. The level of exams are moderate and one sem is of 6 months. Teaching methods are nice but i recommend to ensure about the course first and then the teacher who is teaching that perticular subject also.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have admit in November 2021 and then i have take admission in 1st year of Acharya Narendra dev college govindpuri. The campus is very good and the college got 19th rank in NIRF. Many students enrolled every year in scholarship provided by the college and the major scholarship among them are "Teena Gupta" and "Shaksham" and other. i got shaksham scholarship in 3rd year. I have paid fee 7900 in 1st year and 6900 in 2nd year and 9580 in 3rd year. The amount of scholarship are vary according to rules. Min amount is 3000 and maximum is 10000. Tuition of every student is same for all.
Campus Life
Thier are many festives organised in college like dandiya night, holi fest and annual fest etc . All are managed by the coordinators and students leaders like Mayor , deputy Mayor, secretary and students council etc. College fest is good but not so interesting everytime but its good . Library of my college is very good and all books are available but one student can take only 3 books on thier identity cards . The facility of classroom are nice but still make improvements. Sports is good our college is won medals in cricket matches which are held with other colleges like Ramanujan and deshbandhu college. Students of my college run social media handles like instagram (du.updates and du.freshers etc).
Admission
In 2021 or before it the students are admitted based on their merit list but now first students have to clear the cuet exam that in conducted by NTA and then enroll in their College preferences acc to their cuet scores. The application form is online on the website du.ac.in and application fees is 250INR and application dates are in july month reservation have its own benefit that students got acc to thier certificates . Each course has the eligibility of cuet passed . The exam of Cuet us based on 12th syllabus and the paper is Moderate level. Admission process is good .
Faculty
The faculty is very nice and all the teachers are behaving very good to all students. Mentorship is very good and students are got mentoring 1 day a week that's fine and they put their issues to their mentors and all the problems are solved within the week . In my class there are three groups and 3 mentors over them . 1 mentor is over 10 students. The approach of teaching is very good and all the students have their own opinion that have its own precision. We interact the teacher face to face anytime anywhere in college and we got a good response from them.
