Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is average in this college. College follows the curriculum provided by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University which was recently reviewed in the year 2021 when i was in my first year, so most of the subjects are recently added taken in account of the future forecast of skills required.
Internships Opportunities
There were numerous internship opportunities offered to us in our 4th year most of them were from reputed institutes which offered a stipend of 20k per month which is pretty descent. There were also some unpaid internships whose outcome was to impart3 the industry required skills to students.
Placement Experience
Although the college starts sending regular placement updates and internship updates since the commencement of the second year but the official process of campus placement starts in the 4th year. Most of the students who opt for campus placement get placed in reputed companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college has a four year fee structure i.e. one has to pay the fee annually which is around 1,13,800 pey year. The college also provides different scholarships to needy students under different criterias. They also provide placement support and internship updates.
Campus Life
Gtbit has pretty descent infrastructure. It has a three buildings one is a lecture block and two are lab block, it also has a ground in the middle big enough to play most of the sports one can think of. There are plenty of societies and groups on the college which organise events all year long.
Admission
The admission in this college is done through rank achieved in Jee Mains. One has to register themselves on the Admission portal of GGSIPU and take part in the counselling, and based on the cutoff they will get the respective college. There also reservation benefits for both backward castes and sikh minorities.
Faculty
Faculty is highly qualified and professional in the college. Most of the professors have completed their doctorates from reputed institutes and some are in the process of completing theirs. Some of the faculty members here have published their research papers and books in their respective fields. The faculty-to-student in this college is average. Most of the faculty members here are kind enough to help students achieve their goals.
