UPES THE HONEST REVIEW

The course had some of the best faculty for the fees and the course here has only a little of real world applications but they make fundamentals really strong they could remove foundation year where everyone has the same subjects and focus on specialization from the very beginning and the exams are a little too frequent and a lot of work pressure is their so it gets difficult to do everything

The fees is a bit on the expensive side looking at other colleges or the colleges nearby while the hikes are almost none their is always some hidden charges in the fees the complete course of education including hostel food and college would come around to be almost 50 lakh INR their are quite a few scholarship that you get but to continue getting the scholarship you need to score more than 8cgpa . The campus placements , responsibilites and stipends are very average

Urja is the main event of UPES but there are quite alot of small events happening almost every 2 months . the library is one of the best things on campus with a huge collection that you can easily get to read free of cost every faculty has all the equipment required and technology, it is also available for students to use college's equipment. the sports are not quite famous here and there are clubs here but only a few and they have a really big impact on your student life depending on which club you join

This course is a really good choice if you plan on doing masters and you mostly fill the application after boards till August and the exams are quite frequent and stressful the improvement that they need in the admission process is the site as it is very unstable

The faculty to student ratio is most likely 1:32 and every faculty members has almost a different way of teaching things and their approach even though different is easier to understand because of their good mentoring . You can interact with teachers almost anytime in the college and the approachability is very good .
