College is overall great to study and have peace time

Overall its good but there is lack of software on which we work on. Specially blender 3d. There should be more softwares and easy ways to do a thing. I wanted to learn vfx so i pursue this course. In every 2.5 - 3 months we get a notice of examination. Examination happens in 3 Tike slot Morning Day and Afternoon. Overall Examination are Easy but soo much lenghty. Which is so much time consuming. Only ting i don't like of my college is 75% Attendance criteria in every subject.

Data analyst, Software engineering, companies comes the most like Antlasian, google and amazon. Students with BCA and computer related courses gets the most of the job opportunities on the other hand people who have less knowledge in computer science have less opportunities to get placement from college.

Highest placemet from college was 88Lakhs and avg is around 6-8 lakhs a year. Major companies come for B tech cse students for example Amazon, Google, Antlasian and other minor companies. From 6th-7th sem students can apply and go for placement. I have plans of getting the degree ini got a high paying job i wll continue with that or i will join indan armed forces. Not all students get placement.

My total college fees i 3,50,000 Approx with Army Personel Concession, Regional Diversity and Scholarship. Fees of my university is not increasing for a while. My batchmate have different fees structure some pays 4,00,000 and some pay 4,50,000 With concession. University also gives girl child concession. My percentage in 12 was 79.80% so i got total of 16,000 Scholraship from that only.

Typically we have grafest every year and Freshers every year. And small Events like games related ( cricket and etc) Other are online games. Sports clubs are there it contains badminton court, basketball court, 2 Table Tennis, arm wrestling, ludo, Chess and Carrom. Every children get free access to internet but it is not so high speed internet. Overall library is good you can get every possible book from library.

So i taked admission in Graphic Era hill University becase it was Not far from my and the course i want to pursue was available there and Cost of the course was also low and major thing is i don't want to leave my family and hometown for studying. There are two type of course BSC and Bdes id you want degree you can go for bsc and if you want to master the couse you go with b des. The bst course in my opinion is b design ui and ux. It has more potential then other. I didn't applied for other colleges.

Exams are kind of lenghty. We get 5 Questions with sub questions means overall 10 Questions from which you have todo 5. Every question is of 5 marks. I like every faculty but there are different drwabacks in every faculty. I like b des ui and ux faculty because it has ac and mac labs. Faculty is not that much approachable but they have good relationship with student.

There are two canteens one on the ground floor and one in the basement. Basement cateen have variety of food and quality where ground one is not so good. Hostel of girls and boys are both separate. College timing is related to the course you are doing. Location is safe to roam outside at night people of here are very good and empathetic. Famous Locality are mussorie, dhanolti, Rajpur road, Landour, George Everest, and buddha temple.
