Very nice campus and nice environment. They helps to improve and complete my degree.
Helps to improve my knowledge and depth. Supply all documents and library facilities.
Infrastructures are really very good and smart classroom and technology facility available.

Dislikes

Travelling facilities are poor but overall it is a very nice university

Course Curriculum Overview

We told about Ph. D degree purpose. All types of books for that degree should increase and references and papers and articles and journals etc should increased. And a seminar room for viva voce should necessary.

Many companies are came here to offered internship to students with stipend for technical, agricultural, mechanical student. They get this opportunity from this institution. Law students are get opportunity to practice under many seniors.

Fees and Financial Aid

Management and body of this university maintained many scholarship (State govt. as well as Central govt.). And students get this opportunity but only for Ph. D students, they have no scholarship facilities.

They held many types of programs, special aspects for students, clubs and students portal to including their life. Sports annual function and other extracurricular activities offered on campus. We enjoyed it.

There had an examination named as RET(Research Eligibility Test) for Ph. D admission. Who qualifified it and entry to get admitted. And also who have NET or SET passed, they are eligible to admit at the University.

Faculty

University maintains UGC guidelines appropritely and ratio student teacher is maintained. For Ph. D degree guides are available and help me. They gives us several times and any time you can contact him. They are very helpful.

Actually In Present Circumstances , Most students wants a stable Government, Especially Central Gov job . So they Prepare for exams like SSC , SBI , IBPS, LIC , RRB etc.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

My decision to choose this course depended on the fact that this course provides you with the opportunity to get various jobs in the industries with a high lpa. But this college does not help much in that aspect. All I had to do was myself. It is my humble opinion that the institution should improve its guidance in the area of its teaching methods. The exams were twice a year and were quite difficult on their own.
