TKM College of Engineering: The pioneers of engineering in Kerala

There's certain boards and committees within the management that are actively looking out the best methods to improve the students quality. I choose this college. The timings of the exams are a mess and hectic I feel like there should be more time given for the students to indulge in self improvement and studies

Internships are handled among the various departments separately and differently. I was from the chemical engineering department and they were really supporting in giving out options to various industries and chemical plants to do internships at the time of our semester breaks. My department had an amazing alumni association by which it was easy for us students to find the right company through the alumni of our department

TKM is a government aided college. There's relaxation of fee structure for economically weaker category students. There's e grants provided at the college with which you could avail the college hostel at free of cost. There's also scholarships provided for innovation ideas and projects. As for me my entire college fee for an years was around 18 thousand excluding hostel fees

College is a place where you find a lot of different people coming around with different goals in their life. Find your true self and hangout with the best buds that really gets along with your mood. As for me the social life at college was not the very best but im happy that it was good and i made some really great friends it was solely through the various clubs at the college. The library is big enough and i should really give a shoutout to the staffs of the library they are the best of all.

There's separate hostels for all the years of the college. When i was a fresher the room was spacious to accommodate 4 persons and the stay was really good. The meal quality wasn't as satisfying, but to fight against it the students had a big voice to make a change and we did it. Even if you're not okay in availing the college hostels there's a lot of options around to take a private hostel or pg right near to the college

The eligibility criteria for joining TKM college of engineering is that you should qualify your 12 boards with Physics maths and chemistry as the core subjects . The entrance exam is known as keam. Which is the Kerala engineering entrance examination the last rank cutoff to any course out here is 14000. There's also reservation benefits in consideration with allotment of the seats. The admission process at the college was so well carried out and I would say it was so smooth and easy

At TKM college of engineering the facultiy's quality and effectiveness stand out, each class of 70 students is assigned an advisor who will be guiding them through the 4 year course. this consistent mentorship helps to build strong relations and helps and provides ongoing support. in my experience the proffesors are highly qualified graduates from prestigious like IITs and holds advanced degrees like mtech,phd, mphil.
