I rate my college curriculum is so good and rating is 8/10.our director sir is so good gentle and humble guy very well person. I am very proud of my college and i m standing with my college and our department is so good

Our college fee ranges from 15000-30000 based on caste category. I belongs to ST(p) category so my fees may be affordable.Hence I can take admission in CIT kokrajhar Assam. Its a very good college surrounding by greeny plant fresh air.

Campus Life

My experience in campus is very good because i live in Hostel with friends. We chill out in Holiday and go to class everyday such a good friends i have . After the class we play a football with friends. Its a very a good experience for me.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good and now we have a 24x7 electricity which is very good for students. Our meal time is around 8.00-10.30 am/pm(both). Meal is decent just like any other hostel(Institute). Otherwise hostel is good.

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

Our colleges admission is very simple just you have to passed entrance exam and take an admission. If you have take in science in HS then you can take admission in B. Tech other wise you can also take in Diploma. Cut off mark may be change year by year.

The faculty members of our college is so humble and i give 6:9.also our dept is very good humble teachers even our HOD of dept is very decent and gentleman. I m proud to be our college and very good experience with teachers.

Great college with decent infrastructure and a large campus

Placement Experience:

The placements here are actually decent. The average package for my branch was around 13.5 LPA last year and branches like CSE, EC and EI have a higher average package generally. The campus is visited by almost all of the top companies including Google, Adobe, Facebook, etc. The detailed placement records are available on the website of the institute.The percentage of students getting placed ranges anywhere between 70 percent to 92 percent. I plan to get an M.Tech degree after completing my B.Tech course from an IIT if possible.

Normally from third semester student become eligible campus placements but most usually take placements in fourth semester or fifth semester The percentage of getting placements are about 60% The highest package per company usually was ?80,000 per month and the average is around 20,000 Per month My plan is to get a job of a construction firm for about one year so that I can collect good amount of experience and they will hire me because I am passout from this college because this is one of the most reputed college after one year or two year, I will try for government exams or some private companies like Gautam farm, et cetera

There are many companies who visited the campus for placement drive but the main companies who visited for campus placement drive are : NRL( Numoligorh Refinery Limited) ,ONGC( oil natural gas corporation) etc , the highest package offered was 24 lpa by NRL and the offer was got by 8 students and the average package of our college is 7lpa approx

Other colleges I applied were NEHU and Tezpur University.I got IT branch in NEHU and Mechanical in Tezpur and CSE in CIT kokrajhar.I preferred CIT because the CSE branch is what I wanted from the beginning.Even though it's infra level is less than Tezpur University,but I didn't wanted to waste time in other branch rather than CSE .CIT compared to NEHU had better chances for CSE students....Read More

Actually I have given JEE exam for getting admission in NIT or IIT or IIIT...But my score was not so good , so I have given direct entrance examination of CIT and got admision here through it . We can easily get admission here...Read More
