Likes

Being only women college, so we feel safe in college campus
College is located in beautiful place surrounded by mountains and forest. And ROI of college is also good.
Faculties are hardworking and help throughout the semester in every way possible

Dislikes

College doesn't have hostel facilities. Difficult to find the affordable private hostel outside the college .
College also doesn't provide transportation facility also.
Being only girls college, strength is also less.

Course Curriculum Overview

1- Although I have CSE course but in first year still the old curriculum is followed. 2-Not good for real world application. 3-First year syllabus should be improve. 4-End semester exam have average difficulty level and copy checking is hard.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

1- From 7th semester student become eligible for campus placements. 2- Infosis, TCS, Orange, HCL companies visit college and give good offer. 3-Higest package is 10LPA and average is 5LPA. 4-98 percentage of student gets placed. 5-My plan is to get a good paying job in good MNCs.

Fees and Financial Aid

1- The fees structure is affordable to the student . 2- Complete 4 year fees must be around 5 to 6 lakh. 3- If you get TFW seat then 4 year course will cost you less than 1 lakh. 4- Various scholarship opportunities is also available by the government.

Campus Life

1-Kauthig fest is conducted by the university. It is annual and technical fest conducted in the month of March every year. 2- The books are available for every stream and every course. 3-Three types of board and a smart board is available inside the classroom. 4- Various clubs are also running in the college.

Admission

1- The admission is done on the basis of JEE mains percentile and 12th marks thorough UKtech Councilling and spot round Councilling. 2- The cut-off is 60 percentile. 3- Seats are easily available as less student come to women's college.

Faculty

1- The faculty to student ratio is good. For every 40 student we have 1 teacher. 2- Some faculties are good, they are hardworking and helpul. 3- We oftenly get time to interact with teachers and they are approachable to us also.

College is located in the foothill of Himalayas. The environment of the college is very calm and perfect to study. my complete experience at WIT

Compared to private colleges like VIT or SRM, the overall fee structure and also it is government college much more affordable and government colleges have much more priorities. I missed cutoff of jee mains by a small margine and couldn't secure a seat in top tier colleges. also, private colleges are very expensive. I applied for Delhi University and I took admission in uttrakhand technical university because this college is government approved. No i didn't get rejection from other colleges but didn't got enough score to take admission in Delhi University.
