Course Curriculum Overview
Obviously the principal aspect of MBBS is becoming a doctor and serving humanity. This course demands blood, sweat and endless toil. You cannot simply sit and complain about things going wrong in your life. Ultimately, we are being trained to save lives!! Clinical postings are worth mentioning. The doctors here religiously teach you all the basics related to medical practice, including ethics and modern day health standards. The huge patient flow here offers a substantial opportunity to understand the core principles of treating a patient to his complete physical and mental well being. This will surely go a long way in building an empathetic doctor out of us. More emphasis on digital learning methods should be improvised. Animations, software, digital atlases should be included in the way of teaching. There are 2 semester exams and 1 final university exam each proff, for 4 professional years. There are other internal examinations as well. All are of moderate to hard difficulty.
Internships Opportunities
I am Not at internship level yet. Its just after final year. After final year, students are mandatorily compelled to a year of inetrnship, which offers duties at every ward. Stipend of about 30000 INR per month is provided as well during internship.
