Course Curriculum Overview

As I am a second year student I just explored the part of anatomy world and believe me it just influenced me to pursue the course, after studying the anatomy, when you will see the cadavers ,that will give you an another experience The teaching method is great like they pressurise students for studying

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

IIn first year you have to pay like 15 k in entire year.the fees is same for all categories.the Hostel charges are very minimum like 12 ruppes per month.but you have to pay for the food.inMBBS ( Gov ) colleges u will not get any such scholarships provided by the medical Colleges, But you can apply for Swami Vivekananda merit cum scholarship provided by West Bengal Government .(60000/tr)

Campus Life

The fest conducted here is "SYNAPSE " Here is the largest medical library of the of the entire east India You will access all the medical books here There are intercollege football tournament and cricket badminton tournaments,a huge SRB playground

Admission

I have preferred this college over midnapore medical College and hospital Just because in BSMC you too will get a huge patient load that will make you clinically experienced..and obviously for the campus...I have not seen this type of open and huge campus before.

Faculty

There are sufficient professors for some subjects like physiology anatomy biochemistry..but in micro or in patho there are lack of professors, however we don't face any problem for that.in First year you will have 3 semester and after that you will have yous proffs same for second year,third year, and even in final year also ..there will be practicals with your semesters , and in between there will be pcts on each subjects,,

The course curriculum is quite well maintained till 3rd year but the final year syllabus is too vast to complete within 1 year. I feel duration has to be increased a bit. The process of acquiring knowledge entirely depends on the individual pursuing this course as there is no spoonfeeding as in other courses.

Best medical College in west bengal

Placement Experience:

If you can pass the exam that is very tough to pass if you're not serious at all, you'll be able enough to get into any nursing home or you can start treating people staring your own clinic. After 4.5 years you get the internship program that is mandatory to do for all where you get a salary of 32000 per month which is highest among all states . If you manage to be in the top 100 students of the batch of 250 you get one year job in the same hospital with a fees of 50000 and just 48 hours duty per week. If you do nursing home you can get around 70-90k per month based on how much you spent time on work .

For getting admission into BSMC you have to give the neat UG examination. If I am correctly, sure that all India cut-off of the categories student was about about nearly about. nearly about 15,000 aiq first state quota category. It was about 24,000. After giving the need you will have a scorecard the scorecard it it will give your AIR from AIR. You can go through counselling counselling occurs in two process. Once when is the India category counselling and one state state counselling category first state counselling category, you have to belong from the state of West Bengal and after some of the colleges of Kolkata, for example, medical College Kolkata SSKMNRS RJ Kaur CMSDH and only one of the peripheral College Bardhaman, because on it is only preferred because only of the location area. Rest our college is the best college of of all the peripheral colleges in West Bengal. Most importantly, our college is free from any political issues....Read More
