Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this college because i am not getting admission in nsut and dtu branch upper than mechanical . so I have this only option availabe in delhi.USICT is government college with less fees. The course curricilum is designed according to branch cs /It.CS IT Branch have subjects like dbms,os,lld which are subjects according to it company interview experience but in ece we have mostly core related subjects like analog and digital electronics and communication.

Internships Opportunities

3

In my college very very less companies will visit for internship and which visit selrct 3-4 students as unpaid role. Only USICT offers is that you can do Project work under ANY faculty and take help of it and he will give you cerificate which will considered as evaluation for semester exams thats it.

Placement Experience

4.5

from 7th semester students are eligible for placement in my college mostly companies is first offer for internship and then that internship is converted into full time placement. The number of comanies visited in my campus is less and not even comparible with nsut or dtu. average package 10lakhs and our highest package is 44 lakhs in 2020. But after covid the recession is started and in result the companies in now giving package of rs 6lakhs and max to max to 12lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

when i have taken admission my fees was 70000 and hostal fees of 40000. but from 2022 onwards the fees is incresed to 132000 as tustion fees and 40000 as hostel fees.there scholarship schemes available at government sites like EDISTRICT schemes are ews, merit cum means scholarship.Campus employment is based on totally your skills and companies visited in this university is very less

Application form is name d as IPU btech form you need to apply it which demand your domicile ,category, 10th and 12th certificate and fees of rs 500. and it will be given seat allotment in 3 normal rounds and 2 spot rounds. for spot round yoyu need to pay rs 500 agian. But in spot round you will definetly get any seat according to your choice filling.

Faculty

3

there are less number of students in a batch so ratio of faculty to student is good.Mostly teachers are able to teach their subjects properly but not able to complete there full syllabus bue to slow teaching. Remember if you want to score good then please study from youtube before 2 weeks of exam. If you want to do any project under any teacher with their permission then they are vey help ful and try to help you in theoritical way.

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. To sum up, NIT Delhi is a very solid foundation for the students whether they want to have a career or continue with their education.
