Likes
- The infrastructure of the college is also charming. It cover a huge area of 300 acres. There are seperate hostels for girls and boys present inside and outside the college campus. The college has a gym, 2 canteens, a big auditorium and a park.
- It also has a basketball court, respective rooms for different clubs, well organised labs, badminton courts, a football ground, a tennis court, a huge library which occupies 2 floors and air-conditioned gallaries. The hostel timing is quite strict.
Dislikes
- The canteen food isn't that good but its edible including mess food of the few hostels.
Course Curriculum Overview
As a 1st year student, I have realized that the college is quite serious about the education of the students. The college conducts 1 end-terminal examination each semester and a mid-terminal examination in the middle of each semester. Moreover, there are a lot of projects, classwork, homework, and class tests.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Infox, Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, etc. offer placement to college students. The students of the last year are provided with major projects for their knowledge and skill development.
Placement Experience
The placement is quite good for CSE, ECE, IE, and CE branches. The college offers in-campus and off-campus placement. The companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon, Infox, etc. come to provide placement to the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides scholarships to each student whose family income is less than 8 lakh per annum. Each semester the academic fees are around 21000 and the hostel fees per semester are around 14000-15000 approx including the mess fees for open category students. The college provides off-campus and in-campus placements.
Campus Life
The college helds a total of 2 technical festivals in a year, one of them is techracy and the other is ecstasy. The college also helds a fest for the B.Des and M. Des students which is Anuva. The college library has all the sufficient books apart from the academic books which helps the students a lot. There are air-conditioned gallery classrooms for students. The groups of each club are also active and helpful.
Hostel Facilities
There are different hostel buildings for boys and girls. Hostel buildings are divided according to the category of juniors and seniors, PG and UG etc. The hostel provides hygienic foods. And there are a lot of PG available near the college campus.
Admission
The eligibility for admission in the college is 12th pass with 60% aggressive marks in PCM for B Tech degree and 10th pass for Diploma. The college provides all the degrees including B. Tech, M. Tech, Diploma and PHD. The college conducts a competitive examination and students qualifying the examination can get admitted to the college easily. The college also provide addmission through JEE marks.
Faculty
The faculty members are very helpful and supportive toward each student. They are highly concerned about students' needs and interests. Each teacher from all the departments is approachable during classes. All doubts are being cleared.
