Life in venky

Currently I am enrolled in Ba programme economics and English with economics as major and English as minor.the subject and curriculum is very well crafted and devised to give students exposure to real life problems as well as theoretical knowledge.

The fee structure for my course that is Ba programme economics and English is approximately 17000 a year,the fees if we compare other government colleges is very less and not only this the college do provide scholarship and loans to students who come from economically weaker sections.apart from this our college has a placement cell from which students do get placed in very good companies

The campus life in venky is very good It's because of lot of factors such as the crowd. Our college hosts annual festival called NEXUS which is one of top most college fest of entire DU which attracts thousands of people and some top most artists of country, apart from this our college has some very active societies,main concern is that infrastructure could be more better we don't have ac in classroom and our auditorium is still under construction

The admission process was through registration on DU CSAS portal via CUET UG exam, the cut off varies from course to course. The exam was pretty high scoring and moderate level of difficulty level,the scheduling of exams in peak summers and the exam venues were not very well in terms of condition so it was very difficult to gove exams in souch heat

The faculty is overall very good The staff is helpful and very qualified.we have a mix of experienced and young professors who know their job very well.they also make learning very fun by adopting various ways so that we can relate with the topics in our day to day life.
