An honest review of narula institute of technology

I chose btech in cse as it's highly demanding and comparatively easy to other btech courses even though the college curriculum doesn't shoot me that much I think that it should be more practical over theoretical and the use of advanced technology should also be used more.

There are a lot of scholarships available for economically weaker sections and for the Bengali students the fee structure is changed from the time I joined the college when I joined it was 5.5lakh then it got upto 6lakh and now it's around 7lakh for the btech cse department.

My overall experience with campus life, focusing on social aspects, club involvement, and the infrastructure provided was good as I even told earlier in the survey that the campus is comparitively good to other colleges of Kolkata during 1st year students are not that much involved in club activities.

The hostel facilities are good just the food here is not that good the menu have variety but the taste is just okay in the room there's a study table a locker given there are rooms with 2beds 3beds 4beds the room price is 6thousand per month and you have to pay 36k at time of registration for the 1st semester

The admission process was smooth you can take admission here through wbjee and Jee both I took admission here through jee you can take admission through directly coming to college or via counseling i directly came to college and showed my marks and then I got admission thing that I don't like is that it's different for Bengali and non-Bengali students.

The faculty members are highly qualified and they are degree holders they have also published there research papers they are very cooperative and they guide us well the student to faculty ratio as per me is around 1teacher to every 60 students
