Aspects of curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is Carnatic vocal singing and violin playing We'll get knowledge on how music is played and sung now a days and it'll be useful to prepare for real world Has it improve in teaching other modern instruments too Timing of exams will be like semester In one year two semesters will be there

2 Cots will be provided by them And 2 tables and 2 chairs will be there in room Meal quality in hostel is ok it's not too good and it's not too bad For sc and st there will be no fee for hostel Others will have 1500 for semester

Eligibility of this course is a student has been completed intermediate other caste of 70% in there academics and for sc and st 55% You have to apply for cuet ug It is a all India entrance test for central universities You have to eat selected to get admission Timing of exams will be semesters 6 months 1 semester

Faculty is very good and very friendly They've good knowledge They will guide us in everything if we go and ask them without any hesitation They'll be very helpful to students Teaching also it'll be understandable for everyone And students have mentors too They can go to them and talk with them about their problems

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics,python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.

A Hidden Story of Central University of Tamilnadu

I applied for the other colleges like Banaras Hindu University and Allahabad University and many other colleges and that colleges are quite old and they have some reputation and name of their academic background and their curriculum. I didn't get admission their because of my low marks as i am from general category and for general category the cutoff is very high and so that i had given the CUET exam that is common University Entrance Exam and that therough i got my college Central University of Tamilnadu. I didn't get any rejection from any other college i choosen this college. During my admission, the exam was CUCET. I had a score of 212. I got admission in the first allotment itself. I guess the cut-off was around 150 for general category students that year.
