They do not provide any study material to prepare ourself for semester exams

I chose this course out of my interest in Islamic studies and my religion. There are many qualified faculty members both men and women. The faculty of our college is well qualified and has an experience in the teaching field. There are 2 cycle tests in an academic year and 1 model exam at the end of the year and final semester conducted by tnou.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are a little bit high compared to other courses it cost around 70000 per academic year but it's worth the price. The scholarship is provided according to the performance of the student in the exam conducted by the college.

Campus Life

There are many programs related to Islam conducted by our college. There is a vast collection of books by many scholars available in our library. Our classroom is fully airconditioned and has a peaceful atmosphere. Every year sports day is conducted.

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Madras School of Economics - A Comprehensive Review for Bachelor's

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Political science syllabus in our college is pretty upgraded. The way it's structured is also pretty good. For a student of Political Science, they first gives us an introduction of the discipline theoretically explaining the subject before moving to it's real life examples. Out syllabus covers almost everything that is required for a Political Science graduate. Faculties make it even more effective using assignments and their lectures. We also have inter-disciplinary courses.

This college is located in Trichy and it is Autonomous so I chose this college and it is one of the best colleges for Arts students so I like to join this college professor were very highly talented and they were friendly to students and help us to learn practically other than books too Arts are 3 years course and you have two semesters per year and two CIA(Internal exam) per one semester Each semester conducted for 75 marks and others 25 marks based on assignment seminar CIA exam and attendance 75% attendance is compulsory for all Exam will be little created but if we understand we can do the exam in an excellent way
