the teachers here are very interactive and helpful
the college crowd is also good and highly educated crowd
regular classes are held and performance of student is strictly monitered

Dislikes

college infrastructure should be a little more better
college should have more fascilities like screens in classrooms
college does not have that much development in sports

the currilum includes a vast variety of subjects like maths , economics ,accounts etc. the curriculum gives us adequate knowledge to face the real world. the classrooms should have digital screens and more practical knowledge should be given to students sem end exams are help once in a sem

only 1 % of the student get internship from the college and hardly any companies comes for internship opportunity and big companies to never visit our campus roles offered in internchip are mainly marketing roles

from 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements only 2-3% students get placed from the campus and hardly one or two student get a package of 6 lpa and others get package of 1.5-2 lpa and nearly 1% of students get internship from the college top recruiting companies dont visit our camous small companies visit.

tution fee is 15000 per year and there is not much hike or any thing like that in around 50000 a student can complete his graduation in 3 years the complete cost of education incuding tution fees exam fees is 60000 for 3 years not much scholarships are available because the fees itself is very less

aluring ,consoc are the names of our college societies pallavi is our college annual cultural fest it includes a vide variety of activties and has a huge footfall our library has a vide variety of books our college has nice sports ground

to apply for the course the student should score atleast 50% marks in class 12th the student will get admission in this course by giving the cuet exam which is held once in a year reservation in given to sc/st/obc candidates cuet exam is held once i a year in admission process reservation should become less

A quick view on Dyal Singh College Morning, DU

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was preparing for CA also that's why I opted for Bcom, rest no other factors. But the curriculum of the college was best. They covered our whole syllabus on time. Everything was just perfect. There's semester system at my time. Every year we have 2 semester exams and you can clear the exam if you have studied everything your teacher taught. Examination level was moderate only.

The curriculum itself is offered under delhi University is the biggest pro of this college I liked the aspect that it tries to capture the essence of holistic development by introducing skill enhancement courses, value addition courses and ability enhancement courses It also facilitates dynamic learning experience by offering the courses from different departments such as general electives I still believe that there is a space for improvement in the applicability of this course in the real world as the world is growing at a fast paced and we need to prepare ourselves with everything we can Intership opportunities, live projects of certain subjects , increased field trips and introduction of ai courses Frequency is good ,1 per semester which helps students to take on different ventures also and the difficulty level is mixed depending upon the subject but ranges from moderately easy to difficult

I would say genuine

Course Curriculum Overview:

There's no such specific aspect to be very honest, I was clear since my 12th standard only that I'll be doing BCom hons in my undergraduation. The core subjects provides you valuable knowledge for sure but there's nothing to learn from AEC, SEC and VAC subjects (they are useless). I think teachers should start focusing more and like in my 3rd semester, there are 2 teachers for each of my core subject, this should be eliminated because it creates confusion among students. Exams usually ends in 1 month and mostly my exams were in the morning shift which is 9:30-12:30 but it gets difficult during winters to reach to college on time and sometimes you have to wait too for 20-30 minutes outside for the gate to open.

I chose the bcom course because of its well structured curriculum that covers fundamental aspects of commerce, including accounting, finance, taxation and business law. Exams are conducted in every 3 months of semester. Exams paper are moderate to hard not so easy.

Take admission if you wanna graduate just to get a degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think there's too much unnecessary subjects given in the name of VAC and SEC and AEC becuae the options are completely irrelevant to the course. I'm a bcom student why will I study political science or hindi. If it's important to have these many subjects then give us subjects which are relevant to our course. There's mandatory EVS subject too and I think I have learned all that thing already in school so there's no need to study that.

Firstly admission in the college are done under cuet examination we have to give that first then we have to apply for different university website for our admissions .and cuet is the only exam all the student have to give for the admissions and cuet examination experience is good as it is our first cbt based exam held .
