Attendance is creating a lot of chaos now, like earlier there was no such criteria for attendance but now it must be above 67%

Course Curriculum Overview

Botany is all practical based subject. The labs are the great factor for science colleges , well equipped labs are the first priority. So, labs are Fully equipped with latest technologies equipments. Also lab staffs are also very polite and cooperative. The only problem is the hectic schedule, we have labs from 1-5 Four hours straight in lab + lab work and file work

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities is displayed on our placement cell website. And every department have their research internship like we have DSKC for science students. And VC internship for all du students, where This year stipend was 10,500/monthly.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is 18,000 per academic year. There are many scholarship like SHE for science students, Reliance scholarship, And financial aid by college for students whose family annual income is below 2.5lakh.

Campus Life

The college life apart from studies is fabulous , there are many clubs and society you can join according to your interest like we have Western dance, musical society ,Hindi music society, dramatic society, debating club, quiz soc,E cell , P Cell. Each club and society have their annual fest in fest season which is fun It includes competitions,dance, stalls, music, food. All over it's a fun experience

Admission

CUET is compulsory. Student must appear for PCB to fulfill the criteria. Then fill CSAS form and select the college and course accordingly. CUET is not very tough to crack if your base is good it's very easy then. Most of the questions were from NCERT.

Faculty

Faculty is good and are highly qualified and cooperative as well. Here professors have genuine concerns for their students. Also batch of students have their mentors who are very approachable. Some faculty are quite strict especially in science stream

Being in the field of education its not good to categories as good or bad. But yes the college and the faculty will provide there best. . College life is seriously fun. Miranda House College + Hostel Review

My Cuet score was 799.64, so I technically would have gotten into all colleges I applied for, like Hindu, St Stephens etc. My prefered courses were history, political science and english hons. The cut off varies a lot for different categories and for different courses. I chose Miranda because it was almost my dream college.
