Review by- A Business Student, in a law School!!

I wouldnt say my course curriculm is up to the mark. The things we learn in the course is very different from the real life scenario or what the corporate world asks us to. Lack of Industry visits makes it a little irrelevant. The university and faculty are woking on the course to make it more realistic.

There were multiple roles offered from Finance,HR, Marketting, Analytics Delloite came for 25K per month, Advance Auto parts-25K per month, I&A international for 16.5K per month, Anand Rathi for 10K, Vivekam Finance for 12K and many other companies. The min stipend offered was 10k and highest went to 25k, students using Nalsars brand name and getting internships received stipend up to 30K. Every company had their own assesment test and interviews.

The placements I think are avg. The placement officer puts in all of his efforts to get companies. The professors joining hands this time would definately improve the situation. The avg package stood at 8lpa. Highest being 11.5lpa and lowest being 5lpa. There are major companies like Anand Rathi,Delloite,KPMG, KPIT,ICICI Prudential,ADP, etc. The students are eligible for the summer internships from 1st semester itself and for final placements in their 2nd year after they come back from their Summer Internships. Marketting has majority companies coming in for.There is 100% placements. Incase i dont get a placement I can use the Brand Name of Nalsar and get a job outside.

I think its a reasonable course being 8.5lakh for the entire course, provided you are given scholarships and financial assistance.This fee includes everything from mess, hostel rooms,library,24/7 internet connectivity in the entire campus. The beautiful lake in the campus. The campus could make your 2 years the most memorable.

The overall experience has been amazing with major clubs for all domains. Naming them TPAC(Placment),Cinephelia, Alloquy,Infinity, Horizon,Cognetics, Nalstreet, Synergy, Ethearal,E-cell, Prtham. All of them have their activity and fests regularly. The sports infrastructure is top notch as well, with a badmitton court, football and cricket turf, kabbadi area and a basket ball court with the oppurtunity to participate in National and State Level Competitions.The classrooms are technologically updated with projectors, wifi and other updates.

It is a residential campus making it mandatory for the students to stay in the campus. The rooms are perfect. With few rooms having lake view. Students are given single and double occupency. The Rooms are well equiped with 2 cubbords, 2 study table, 1 mirror, 1 Fan. The hostel has water coolers, Washing Machine, Clean Washrooms. The mess food is great. Non veg being served 5 days a week, Vegetarians get paneer instead. The food is great to that extent that you miss it once you leave campus. You take time to like the food initially later realising how lucky you were to get such good food in hostel. You get your rooms once you take admission you dont have to register. The fees is very reasonable. Its better to stay in hostel than renting a pg. The students are given lot of freedom that you dont have to rent a pg.

To be eligible for the course you need to have 50% and above in graduation.The application form can be found on the website also they have admissions in 2 phases based on the number of seats left. The first phase begins in January and the 2nd phase in the month May.There is reservation available for OBC, SC/ST,PWD. The difficulty level is from easy to moderate. There are 4 levels to the admission process; NMAT(Entrance Exam), SOP,GDPI, Interview. Candidates scoring about 75 percentile can skip the entrance exam.

The faculty is amazing in terms of explanation they provide, their qualifications. All of them are phd holders from top notch universities. The batch size is very less which gives the students better attention of the faculty. The teaching approach i very student friendly which makes the enviorment very pleasant. Also since the faculty stay in the campus and are available over a mail or call makes our lives even easier

Yes all these were a part of the admission. The written test had topics from aptitude,business aptitude. The next round was SOP . There was GD, I remember my topic being AI can ruin human creativity. I was asked to go 'for' the motion. I had an Interview moving on where i was first asked about the recent news. TATA had started employing people now, it was a sigh of relief that i had got looking at the reccession happening i the world right now. This was my answer. I was asked questions about Budget and then difference between selling and marketting. There was an other asked to which I dint have an answer to so said I dont know Mam but will definately look in to it after the interview to which the panelist giggled and said you dont have to. I had been preparing for other management entrance exams dint really have to specifically prepare for this exam but then the difficulty level not being that high dosent require much preparation, just basic knowledge makes you good to go.
