GLIMPSES OF GCEK

I am an electrical and electronics engineering student there are so many equipment in our college so many of them are working but sometimes it have some complaints.The thing to improve is they can demonstrate our theory class using Digital TV and videos so that can improve us more

There is placement cell in our college and in my second year they provide us a placement training session. They provide more placement opportunities and help us to get jobs . The placement cell have a committee and a student from each department and each year will in the committee

There are scholarship given by the government egratz some students in specific cast doesn't pay any fees like exam fee hostel fee etc. But I want pay all of this but they return us only tution fee. But comparatively there is small amount for hostel fee monthly 1500-2000 and provide good food. And tution fee are medium level not so high or not so less and exam fees are provided by University it's common for all colleges . There is no additional fee

There are so many clubs like IEEE ,ISTE, ICI, TinkerHub,mulearn, SHE and etc And they provide more programs competitions and learning experience and provide program to develop our skills. Because of this club I learned graphic design using canva and figma . I learned management skills by conducting programs.

Hostel life is good clean and clam environment. Good food no health issues. Every Sunday they provide chicken biryani. And weekly there are so many different food.In a month there is a day they give us different food including alfam and ries and more

You should have pass the 12 exam and you can write KEAM exam conducted by Kerala government. The exam will give you the chance to join engineering and b farm colleges under Kerala universities.And different colleges and different courses have different cut off in my course there was 1700 rank cut off .And I applied for different colleges after my KEAM result and I got the admission in GCEK kannur

Faculty to students ratio is good and their qualification are high and they try their best to teach us and they clear our doubt. There was an issue with a sir and we compliant to the department and they removed him and another teacher teach us perfectly.
