Likes

Sports activity is regular and available for everyone.
There are several societies to take part in so there is enough social interaction.
Faculties are good and helpful. Easy to contact.

Dislikes

Infrastructure needs improvement. Specially ACs.
Faculties need to improve their way of teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good. BMS is a professional course so i opt for this course. Also there are a limited number of colleges in DU that provide this course . Teaching method needs to be improved . Generally there are 6 semesters in 3 years so there are 6 exams in total for this course.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure is like, the fees needs to be paid every year which costs around 30-35(thousand) . Also examination fees is paid every semester before exams. Everything can be managed through online portals. The scholarship's are merit based.

Campus Life

There is enough social interaction with students of your course and of other courses too with the help of societies. Anyone can take part in the societies , after clearing personal interviews. It really helps in skill development. The canteen space is good but food is not up to the mark.

Admission

Admission was held on the basis of CUET scores. There were no personal interviews or any other test . The process was super easy. Personally i don't like reservation system. Deserving students do not get their desired colleges.

Faculty

Generally one class contains 45-55 students maximum so ratio of faculty to student is fair enough. Interaction with teachers is easy and helpful . Teachers are qualified also sometimes guest teachers come to teach.

DTU is academic paradise!!

Placement Experience:

Companies like Google, Hindustan Copper, KPMG, Deloitte and perhaps over a hundred companies come to KPMG. Average placements is around 5 to 6 lakhs. Although many students every year gets placements worth 10 lakhs or more as well.

Know the truth of an off campus college in Delhi University

Placement Experience:

As per the reports only 30% gets placed and you should build outside relation with companies because companies over here you have not even heard of them, so it's like college not for placement average placement is about just 3.5 LPA

DTU East Campus is Beautiful!

Placement Experience:

From defense like Indian Navy to Indian Army and then companies like Capital Finance, AU Small Finance Bank and others are the ones which prominently offers us intenrships and jobs as well. So, jobs here are quite better than that of DTU.

The Reality of DU colleges

Placement Experience:

Iam a first year student and i dont know much about the companies visiting our college. But what I know is there are not alot of placement opportunities in the off campus colleges (there are some exceptions). This is also a reason why companies dont come in these colleges for placement. But if you are form the north campus or south campus you can have alot and better opportunities than the off-campus students

Social and career life at gitarattan international business school
