- You can get enough time for other exam preparation.
- There is very minimal academic pressure as compared to other colleges.

- The college administration is very much inefficient.
- No work is done in proper time. There is delay in everything.
- Faculties are average. But some are really good and you can acquire good knowledge from them.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is standard. It follows the AICTE standard. For each course, 3 exams are conducted(Internal + Mid Sem + End Sem). 50% is the passing marks for all exams. The internal exam pattern depends on the faculty. One disadvantage is, entire class has to chose same elevtive paper due to faculty shortage.
Internships Opportunities
Dept. of CSE and AE provides internship to 3rd year students whereas students of ECE does not get any internship support from their placement cell. Mostly internships are unpaid and the duration of internship is of one month.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuituon fee for each year us 51000. Hostel and mess fees are excluded. The complete cost of your 4 year degree will be somewhat around 3-4lakhs. Few eligible students also receive scholarships. The ROI is very poor as placement scenarios is negligible.
Campus Life
Every year social week is conducted for a week duration in which annual fest AUSKRITI and sports fest AUSLYMPICS takes place. Various other festival like Ethnic fest and various other cultural and technical festival takes place.
Admission
Admission to this college is based on your JEE mains rank through Jossa and Csab round. You can get a seat in Agriculture Engineering upto 1.5lakh score whereas Electronics and Communication and Computer Science cutoffs are around 50k-70k.
Faculty
Faculties are average. Most of them are passout of NIT Silchar and almost all Assistant Professors have done their PhD. Also there is a shortage of faculties in the ECE and guest facilities takes maximum classes.
