College with Great Experinced Teachers

It's a very nice college with a very good atmosphere.

The course curriculum and the exam structure is fine. it has 8 subjects for 6 months and its semester based and we have exams every 6 months that is 2 exams per year. It is relevant and fair. we get well versed in the topics and subjects. It makes us a better professional in all the branches of that branch of engineering.

My college has a very good placement to all the other branches other than civil and mechanical. all other students are lucky to get in this college as it has too good placements. It's the same when comes to the internship.

My college celebrates a lot of events, like the college fest Manthan, during Ganesha festival we have Ganesha fest, ethnic day, engineers day celebration, national science day, independence day, republic day, sir M.Vishveshwaraya birthday, and all other important days.

I was availed of government seat, so my fees was 45000 per year. my college fees was 24800. so totally I had to pay 69800 every year, other than that there was no other fees paid to my college in the whole year expect the exam fee. during the starting two years it was 550 approximately, now it is 1250.

I had applied for one of the scholarships from the government of Karnataka.which provided me the government fees of 18000 per year.

Campus life is good where all teachers are friendly when required. They help us with all our educational needs. the gender ratio is almost equal. there is space for a wide diversity in this college. extracurricular activities are in space here like dance teams, sports teams, all club events etc.

There is a good alumni network and if in case we have to contact our seniors it's very easy as they maintain a good record of students. and they help us giving information regarding our education and future.

On the basis of rank from KCET, I got admission in this college, through the option entry process online. the online portal provided me to enter the list of college I wish to join. later on, the basis of rank and availability of seats in the college I got placed in BIT college of engineering in the second round of selection.i got admitted during August of 2016.

I usually go by my hostel bus. my college is 8kms from the place where I stay. so the bus facility is in the morning and evening. so if in case I miss my bus I get going by public transport like metro or bus. sometimes if I'm very late I book cabs or get an auto.
