- The college has one of the best library facility in the state which helps the students to explore more .
Dislikes
- The hostel timings are a bit tight.you have to enter the hostel before 8.30
- The college is situated in a isolated area away from the major cities and towns
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum that the college follows is very improvising and effective in my point of view as it covers all the necessary aspects of technology and science which helps the students to be professional in every firm that they intends to join.Also they are allowed to take minor and honor courses which helps them to work on courses other than the respective courses that they have opt.
Internships Opportunities :
The college also provides various internships opportunities for the students.They try their best to provide the best opportunities based on their skillsets and knowledge.Projects are also given to the students so as to develop their intellectual and technical skills which are vitak components for securing a job after graduation.
Placement Experience :
Fisat has one of the best placement stats in private colleges in Kerala.Students can sit for placements from the 3rd year itself.The college also has one of the best placement training cell who gives their best to provide the best opportunities for the students.The college has a highest package of 17.07lack per annum and an average package of 5.18 lack per annum which is surely an embracing stat.Most students having a good CGPA and skillset are placed in major IT companies
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college provides well mannered scholarships for those who shows excellence in academic aspects.Scholarships and dedecuctions are also given for students having sports quota.The total tuitions fees comes nearly 1.5lakhs without considering any reservations or quotas .The college also supports startup programmes and also helps to find the best help for them.
Campus Life :
FISAT provides a very great campus life.Various technological and cultural fest are organised on a regular basis.Mostly these events are organised by clubs like ACM,IEEE etc.They are mostly held in such a way that it doesn't affect the classes.The college library has sufficient books and a digital library which you cannot see on most of the college.The college also gives immense value for sports and provides various helps for those who indulges in it.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility is comparatively good considering other colleges.The rooms are spacious which normally comprises of 3beds.The Hostel food is average .The fee structure comprise of nearly 70000 including brother mess and hostel.
Admission :
The admission procedure was very fast and easy.The college mainly take admissions procedure based on Kerala entrance To gain admission for the college for major courses like CS ,Ec you need a minimum rank under 12k for general category and the rank may vary depending upon any reservations or quotas that you posses.Exams are conducted on regular basis so as to analyse the knowledge of the students.
Faculty :
The college has on of the best infrastructure and faculties who have an high experience in this college itself.They also have good interactive skills and are willing to help the students not only in academic activities but also in extracurricular, physical and mental activities .
