What Students Say

Likes

Most importantly the college infrastructure is very well maintained with every facilities for the students
The teachers and all other faculties are well education and provides a avery good teaching method that helps to better our education
The college life had helped me to improve my networking skills and also it helped me a lot to develop my interpersonal skills

Dislikes

The things i disliked is the placement opportunities that had come across. Majority of the company that visited are based on sales
The behavior of some faculties towards the students are really bad
The college is located on a remote area where there is less transportation facilities

Course Curriculum Overview

Most imporatntly the curriculum had played a vital role for me to chose this course , it is very much connected to the real time application and helps to boost our ideas. There are certain areas where i felt that there should be improvement on the teaching methods. If there is a real time demo it would be very helpful for the students to learn and understand

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 126000 per year

Placement Experience

There are placement in the college which starts on the last year. There are tremendous opportunity. sesvral IT as well as Sales companies arrives. If you are good at your skill you will be placed. Around half of the students got placed this year but the majority was placed on the sales areas

Fees and Financial Aid

There are mainly three scetion merit, management and nri quota. I got admisiion in management quota. The fees was aroung 125000 per year there could be variation year by year. The caution deposit for merit and management is 10000 and for nri it is around 150000.

Campus Life

There are art fest named Bharatham na arang in our college and also there are several technical fest too. It helps the students to get relaxed during the studies and also it ia platform for the students to showcase their talent

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is pretty good compared to other colleges. There are ladies and men hotsel. Each room can accomodate 3 people and there is a common bathroom. there are 2 wardens to take care of the hostelers. Mess food is provided with 135 is cost per day. The food is good and mess is wll maintained and hygenic

Hostel Fee: INR 21000 per year

Admission

There was cut off for the admisiion process i think the cut off was around 45000 in the keam rank. Based on the rank you will get a seat in the merit. There are several scholarship for the students who all are financially not stable

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is about 1: 6 somewhat. The teachers are very well educated and they have a very good knowledge regarding everything what they teach. They help us to improvise our skills and provide us constant support throughout our journey. We can interact withteacher during the break time as well through calls or messages after working hours

But because the college is autonomous they say the autonomous batch will have a 50% placement

the course , the first year its easy syllabus , its just basics based on what you learned in high school , but in a more advanced way. the only flaw in the curriculm is the lack of application level questions all the exams are just theory based questions

Replacement process at Amrutha amruthapuri has a strong reputation especially in technology related feels like cyber security ,computer science ,and information technology. Students typically become eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester .however the placement team encourages students to start preparing from the second year onwards by improving skills and participating in internships ,hackathons and coding competitions to improve their profiles Companies that visited for placements. 1. AMAZON 2. ACCENTURE 3. COGNIZANT 4. INFOSYS 5. WIPRO 6. CISCO 7. IBM 8. TECH MAHINDRA 9. SAMSUNG R&D 10. TCS Still more Highest salary package of cyber security graduate at at amruthapuri is typically around 15 to 25 lacs per annum for roles in global tech chain such as Amazon, Cisco. Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Average student experience at amrita

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull
