Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

This college is autonomous and its affiliation is from makaut so this college follows the course curriculum given by makaut and I think that's why college has literally no hand over the course selection because it's done by the university and when we talk about teaching methods I'd say that it depends on the teachers..some of them will give you proper notes and classes and some of them will don't take class and send you pdf and timing of exams and semester is very easy to handle and ample holidays are given here so dont' take tension about that I have also not been going college form last one week due some tech fest and heat and senior exams bla bla bla so you get enough time to study

Internships Opportunities

2.5

I'm in my second year so I don't know much about internships but I have seen on posters that one the students is doing an internship at Microsoft in the third year and this is very impressive and overall I don't think there is too much support from college in an internship you have to do much work yourself

Fees and Financial Aid

When I was admitted here I paid four lakh seventy thousand as tution fee and I didn't opt for a hostel so your hostel charge will be different I don't know about that but I will suggest to not take this college hostel and leave in flats and rents that will be nicer and you will get good food. Talking about now I think fees have been increased upto 6 lakhs .. actually in the last two years the college has seen growth in placement and students so it has increased its fees and I came from wbjee in this college if you take direct admission you will have to pay more and it allow taking loans form government and late fine is charged is fees is not given by you on time

Campus Life

3.5

Kritanj and navodaya are the main fest of this college which are held in May.. kritanj is tech fest and navodaya is main fest with concerts and fashion shows... library is very big and very neet and clean and you can get any books there. I'll say the library is one the best part of this college as it is very big and very quiet. The technology is advanced in classes as we have smart boards and speakers but we don't have ac in our classes...sports activities are truly supported here and college also has its ncc

Admission

The admission process for me was very smooth as I come from wbjee I had counseling and I got into this college I came here I paid the fees and did registration and it was done do it's very easy and the college account staff are very friendly

Faculty

3.5

Faculty to student ratio is good and classes in first year are also conducted regularly..some of the teachers are very devoted like one of the Java teacher is very punctual and on the other hand some teachers are also very ignorant and doesn't takes classes, faculty have good knowledge but they are not really too much interactive . In first year faculty interaction is high but as soon as your year increases your interaction with faculty decreases. students should focus more on self study and coding rather than demanding extra attention from the teachers...the placement cell of college is very active and support even in the recession periods they help students very much and support them and ncc is also given priority in this college. sports faculty is also very active and supportive for students intrested in sports. I'll say you can definitely trust the faculty
