Likes

Their library . It has many books for our subject.
I liked our department room because of the individual seats.
Social interactions are pretty much good.

Dislikes

I disliked about their wash rooms its need to be more hygienic.
And there's no canteen at all so we have to go outside at mall , which is sometimes costly for us.
Faculties behaviour towards students is kind of poor , it need to be more gentle.

I love biology and seeking for better field in it. Curriculum has no role in my academic pursuits actually. I have no suggestions. Exams will always seems like difficult if u don't prepare yourself for that.

Class Size: 14Course Fees: INR 64000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In other colleges fees are 800-900 rupees but in our college fees were 6000 approx. The complete cost of my education, including tuition, service fees, and other compulsory charges are 1,20,000 rupees. I am recieving SVMCM Scholarship 18000 / annum. No I don't have any jobs.

Campus Life

I am out of these things so I have no idea . The books quality and quantity of college library is good . Not so many technologies were used in our department. Our college doesn't show any sports and extracurricular activities. No , there's no social groups or something like this.

Admission

50-55% on chemistry and biology at 10+2 level. At their official website you can go for further details or call the helpline. Not available. Generally between 4-6 months gap the semester will taken. I have no idea.

Faculty

The faculty-to-student ratio is 2:1. It has much more impacts on my learning experience. Only one of them is well known as for good teaching. Others giving bare minimum to students. Except one faculty, we face more difficulties for interract.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum in this college is uoto date, very relevant and with at par with the real world scenario, we learn about disorders, different schools of psychology and a lot more. There is a perfect balance of practical and theory, which is needed in psychology. In terms of improvement, there is always room for it, as of now there arent any suggestions from my side. The frequency of exams are fine, they give us time to prepare however I feel like as, according to the NEP, the semesters should be 6 months long but here they are cutting it short.

Placement Experience:

Students get placement offers in the first year of M.Stat. In general, however, most students prefer to go abroad for higher studies. Students who sit for placements mostly get placed in Finance and Analytics companies, typically in Business Analyst, Risk Analyst and other roles. ISI has a 100% placement record for B.Stat- M.Stat students. Companies like Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Co., JP Morgan & Chase, Amazon, etc. come for placements. Good College

I applied for various other colleges such as Heramba Chandra College, Prafulla Chandra College, Dinabandhu Andrews College, Bidhannagar College, KK Das College. I couldn't make it there because of the new admission process of Calcutta University. I didn't get rejection from any college. In the new process you can apply for various colleges but you can get approval for only one College and if you do not want to get admission in the college. Then you have to cancel the admission and repeat the same process again . As my college is under Calcutta University so it has to follow the university rules and process of admission....Read More

There are no entrance exam. Addmission process is very poor . Fees structure is too high compassion other colleges. No library facilities,no cantine, no hostel facilities. No extra tution facility. But the college authorities collect fees all above facilities. Addmission process is easy for player. Charuchandra callage is also know as sports college.that because the collage athletic team , football team, and cricket team is very impressive performance. But the student if he/she introduce himself as a player he/she get no extra facility from college. I want to see college improve there fees structure.
