Course Curriculum Overview

No its just a normal Graduation course and it is no associated to other cirruculum. Mostly I have been in other to my proffession. Very difficult course as Calcutta University is very hard place to study.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly I paid 2K for the form fillup and registration charge. As I was in arts so there our amount was lesser than BSC student as they include lab fees, practical examination fees. No financial scholarship was given.

Campus Life

The library for our college was useful, We student use to go their read books and gather information for our projects, mostly college life was very much of struggle as it is very hard in Calcutta university for securing marks.

Admission

I applied here as I got a chance to study English honours. I have applied here as well other colleges. So my wish was to graduate either in English or Zoology. But I got chance here as in english so decided to go for it.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio was 7:10. Some off the faculties were helpfull. There were 1 university exam evry year where we have to visit other college as give the examination as per the rule of the university.

Night Life

There was no night lie for me in college, I use to visit at 9.30 am and it get over by 4.30 so no question of hostel and night life. As the college was near to my house no hostel or campus timing was there.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Review of the college where i spend three long years and gathered every knowledge that is available there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I used to read so many novels from my childhood and that inspired me in getting attracted to this field. We used to have the fecility of having seminar in the end of every month after compleating of each lessons. And this process helped us in true education. After every year professors from differnt parts of the country used to come for a seminer for overall groth of the students. Actually is theory teaching style is followed in the college, according to me some developments in the practical teaching can be used. Semister is held at the end of every six months and the exams are used to be moderate in nature.

Good College

I applied for various other colleges such as Heramba Chandra College, Prafulla Chandra College, Dinabandhu Andrews College, Bidhannagar College, KK Das College. I couldn't make it there because of the new admission process of Calcutta University. I didn't get rejection from any college. In the new process you can apply for various colleges but you can get approval for only one College and if you do not want to get admission in the college. Then you have to cancel the admission and repeat the same process again . As my college is under Calcutta University so it has to follow the university rules and process of admission....Read More

All total are good

There are no entrance exam. Addmission process is very poor . Fees structure is too high compassion other colleges. No library facilities,no cantine, no hostel facilities. No extra tution facility. But the college authorities collect fees all above facilities. Addmission process is easy for player. Charuchandra callage is also know as sports college.that because the collage athletic team , football team, and cricket team is very impressive performance.
