6/10 for the college

Course content was fine but I felt it wasn't like to make us field-ready. We had to work on other aspects alongside on our own basis. Earlier I was skeptical about choosing the course but it helped me to at least know certain aspects, the concept of society, teamwork, communication skills, etc.

Internship opportunities are fine with the college. To name a few, there were opportunities from- INGLU, unschool, RSVI, and other companies. There are opportunities in NGOs as well, which is a good thing to show in our resume. They provide online, offline, and hybrid all types of opportunities. Talking about the stipend offered, that's 5000 on average. It can go upto 10-15k max.

Placement opportunities are not much higher. They provide with very low packages on average. Only once or twice I have seen packages with 10 lakh CTC pa. For employment, you will have to look for good opportunities off campus only. Though students option to apply in them, but I didn't find them suitable for myself.

Compared to other DU colleges, course fee in my college was higher. Like in the 1st year I paid, 20k, in 2nd year- 19k and in 3rd year-18k. This excluded the hostel facility, which our college doesn't provide. But I'm not sure of financial assistance. I feel the packages my college provide is quite low, 2-3 lakh per annum packages aren't much that we expect, so it's better to look for off campus placements.

Infrastructure is quite good. There's a huge library, canteen, auditorium. Classes are also fine. There's water cooler facility. We have a sports ground too. There are no of fests that our college organise, which are yearly and departmental fests. I was part of one of the commerce department fest, which helped me to learn team work, explore more into the field or art, time management, etc.

When I applied for admission it was merit-based, I wasn't supposed to appear in any entrance exam. It was based on the average of the best four which included, maths and English compulsory and any other two subjects out of business, accountancy, and economics. For this, I had an average of 91 percent. And cutoff allowed me to get admission into this college. The Reservation I feel is available, and policy changes can be viewed on the website.

I'm not sure of their qualifications, but most of the teacher had a good approach of teaching. Faculty to student ratio was high, it was around 1:40. Interactions with teachers were on regular basis, we were in touch on WhatsApp groups as well, which helped us to solve our doubts on holidays too.
