Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course is similar as other colleges its not any different. There is no real world use of these course curriculum in real world . College should hire teacher having more experience in computer based subjects. After 20 days there is an exam so it's a disappointing for me.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think tution fee should not be more than 50000 for such college 1.2 lakh isn't worth it for any student. For me complete cost pf education would be 12 lakh minimum. There is up scholarship but college doesn't promote these type of scholarship. There is no stipends .

Campus Life

3.5

There is no such college ljfe in this college. System is totally fooling us . This year they didn't even organized fest on time . They don't get any sponsorship. There is no tech ise in classroom. There is no activities in societies all these just work near fest.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostels here are overpriced like ac hostels are overpriced. Like 1.33 lakh for one year in truple sharing is too much. Meal is normal Registration is completed along with admission. There is indrapuram near college for rentals. Like we are currently staying in a flat in 2nd year

Admission

For me i take admission through jee mains. Its all through aktu website. Reservation helps in getting better seat obviously. The frequency is quite fast for me while timing isn't the issue. College should work on better campus placement details. Its not like admission process is hard its quite easy.

Faculty

2.5

The faculty to students ratio in this is like 75 :1 which is low in my opinion but it is what is . As i said earlier faculty are quite good , some of them support students but also lots of faculty take things on ego here. Interaction with some teachers is normal while with others as they don't care we also don't. Some of the faculties are just completed their masters and without any experience they are teachings us computer subjects which is quite disappointing . Faculties are always seems to be less interested in teaching theit subjects . They just don't want to pay any extra effort for the students which don't like subject. As for me i don't like python but the teacher never paid any attendance or effort so i can learn it. The faculties like hod of department are in different world they think they are god and students are their servants, they have only one thing that's brings your they don't care you are from 500km or u were just using tour phone or texting or you break someone boneitsame

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jims is a ipu college, so yeah curriculum depends entirely on ipu University. First year is similar for all btech courses. Or is easy to earn marks in lab and soft skill subjects but maths or physics is hard. Your 12th basics should be very good, else these two subjects will affect your overall SGPA badly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.
