Inside TMU

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Currently I am pursuing BTech computer science it's semester fees is 61200 rs and 1000 rs lab charge which is yearly means only taken in once a year. Admission and registration fees total costs around 9 to 10 thousand rupees. Also there is no sochlorship for SC , ST and OBC in our university but there is a sochlorship given on the basis of 12th percentage only for first year students of every course the eligibility for this sochlorship is above 60 percent in Physics, chemistry, mathematics and english in class 12th. Also mention that exams fees is submitted before end semester exams for BTech computer science it's 4500 rs per semester and different for different courses. There is a certain period given by university to submit the course and exam fees and after that period there is a fine for late submission of fees. The sochlorship is alloted for jain students only they got 50% discount only on course fees and not on exam fees this is all about fee structure

The overall experience with campus is quiet impressive there are two major jain festivals celebrated in university and Holi and Diwali also celebrated with events. There are variety of books available in library including indian and foreign writers , self help books are also available in our library. Classes in data science and artificial intelligence blocks having smart boards and projectors with ac. Every month there are variety of sports tournaments are conducted where every student can participate and I like to mention that global level hackathons are also conducted here.

Actually i didn't apply for any other college because TMU is nearest and well reputed university from my hometown. The admission process different for uttar pradesh students they have to qualify an entrance exam but in case of outside uttar pradesh there is no entrance exam conducted for those students. The eligibility for admission is 45% + marks in 12th class and a good jee percentile and cuet marks are also considered here. My admission experience is good and fast the entrance exam is simple and easy and after only you have to fill only admission form.

Faculty is so approachable there is a mentor assigned for every class and solve all problems of students it is easy to approach teachers for doubts and queries. There are three class tests are conducted in every course and two of them are compulsory. The class tests are 30 marks of each subject and I like to mention that there is no mid semester exams in our university only end semester exams are conducted which are 60 marks of each subject also there are external practical conducted which are around 20 marks each practical. The result is on the basis of end semester exams + practical + class test marks.

There is a gym for hostellers and library also available hostel rooms are good with 24x7 electricity there is a canteen named as E lobby present inside the campus where variety of fast food and dinner available the campus timing arround 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and no hosteller is allowed to move after 7:00 pm for security purpose and hostellers are allowed to explore outside the campus only on there parents concern. The locality is not kind of safe because the campus is situated near a village pakwara the night life not good there
