Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is not so lengthy but it is quite difficult as it is engineering and we come to learn many things in behalf of our real life how the things work in reality the fact behind the things .

Class Size: 79Course Fees: INR 92000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Here we can avail many internships many big companies come in the college for hiring like google,microsoft and many more and it hire many students those who are skilled well. Their is no such reservation like system it is totally fair to get a job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is different as it depends on yhe income of students parents. If income is below one lakh then their is less fee and if 1 to 5 lakhs then it is about 1.5lakhs per annum all included and if above 5 lakh it is more.

Campus Life

The campus life is so so so good. They organise many events. They organise for the almost all days come in the year they celebrate all the festivial it is like a mini india. We come to play many sporta their and a better life in the sport also.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is all good we will be provided a room 2 fans in the room 2 lights and table and almirah. In hostel daily cleaning . The food is provided in the mess and the mess is in hostel itself the food is so good here and have many variites.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

During admission we have first entered in the counselling then we got a seat we have registered for the seat and fixed it then there was some processes for admission as usual and the process was not so hard is simple.

Faculty

All faculty members are very good and supportive also they always do the best for the students. Their are many teachers for a single subject all deparments have there different buildings their we can go and take our doubts freely.

NIT Jalandhar

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

Placement Experience:

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??

Students became eligible for placement after 3rd year. Google, Adobe, de shaw, L&T, Schneider, Amazon etc visit campus The highest package was 42 lacs and the median package is 8.1 lacs. More than 90% get placed.

NIT Jalandhar is the only NIT college who has Textile Technology as its branch. So here itself the value is increased. If I compare other colleges with this with same branch and course then still NIT Jalandhar holds more value. To take admission in NIT Jalandhar, one has to clear JEE Mains with good percentile. Brief About NITJ

I applied for PEC, Chitkara, CU, LPU and NITJ. Out of which I could have enrolled in anyone except PEC. I choose NITJ cause of its low fee, better placements and good reputation.
