Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very interesting and very vast and as such it has widened my view about various aspects of the world. There can be some improvements in teaching at a certain level but stopping down to the standard level of students.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides various opportunities to each branch of the department for internships in various companies and many other companies also hand out their hand for us to partake in internships in their companies as well.
Placement Experience
The college provides campus placements which are available after you reach your final year and the college also provides us with various placement opportunities into different companies such as Oil India, GET, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is not fixed and changes every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structures are all handed out before the start of each semester in two parts, the hostel fee and the semester fee. There are many types of scholarships the students apply for and the college also provides their own scholarships.
Campus Life
The college is very active in various festivals and events and as such all events are held very highly. The diversity of students makes up for various events to take place and students can dive into different cultural experiences during each event. The college also has various sports clubs which hold competitions often.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is comparatively cheap and there are varieties of meals at each interval of the week. The rooms are also spacious. The downside is the conditions of the bathrooms and the infrastructure of the rooms. It is in a deteriorating state and needs to be refurbished.
Admission
The admission process is fast forward, we can get the forms, fee details and application dates through the college's official page of not we can visit the academic office for more information. There can be certain improvements which can be made such as putting signs to let people know the correct office for admission process as the academic office is very large and new people find it hard to find the specific office.
Faculty
Faculty members are more than qualified in their respective field and the faculty to student ratio is decent. Interaction with faculty members can be done mostly at anytime as they are free to listen to the students.
