Remarks

The admission process is through jee main. If You want to get NIT AP You have to score 93- 95 percentile. Locals have the huge advantage of reservation, they get NIT Ap at rank >=20000. They have huge benefits. I think everything is fine about the admission process

All facilities are good, but in online mode all teachers just that network is not available in our college and hence classes postponed every time All exams, assignments, quiz are taken at the proper time like mid sem, end sem.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies visit our campus like Capgemini, Vedanta, TCS, etc I have not worked on my project so I can't answer this question but many students from Ph.D., mtech students are working on different projects

I think from the 6th sem students are eligible for the placement In 2021, 50 % was the placement Percentage Capgemini, TCS visited our campus and many more companies. My plan is to start a company of my own desires

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure for general is 6500(tution fee )+ 4000(hostel charge)+ 3900 (mess charge per month) Scholarship facilities are very good . Faculty helps to apply for the different scholarship. Specially alakh Majumdar sir us tooo good to handle our scholarship doubts

Campus Life

There are different groups like social club groups, Coding groups, Cultural groups, etc. Our library consists of all the boobs which should be available for the tech students Different sports and extracurricular activities happen In our campus like cricket matches, football matches, etc

Hostel Facilities

24*7 electricity is provided Meals is too good as they charge 3900 per month for the mess Registration process is very simple just u have to write the names in the record books and pay amount together with tution fee

Lucky that I am doing ECE as companies like Huawei and Samsung are among the companies that hires our branch students. I am not sure about placements and all as how and when they are done is little far from in the year which I am currently studying.

Placement Experience:

Very few students get placement in my college. Students from 6 semester are eligible for campus placement. NEEPCO and OIL are the one who frequently visit NERIST with placement offers. A minimum of 7.5 CGPA is needed for placement offers.

Placement Experience:

The campus scenario is improving day by day but it is not still upto the mark. Many companies come for hiring but most of which offer only average package of 4LPA which is very less compared to other colleges. Highest package ranges from 8-10 LPA.

Placement Experience:

The placement are very good here. I have joined recently so yah I don't know much about the highest and average placement of the institute. The highest percentage among all is from mechanical. The students of mechanical engineering had a higher percentage of jobs as compared to other branches. I will do M.Tech after my B.Tech.

For getting placement, We gave to be first eligible without having any backlogs . The companies that use to visit are google, Microsoft, L & T ,and so on. The percentage is 6.5 and above CGPA . My plans is to go for competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are 3 exams conducted, for first exam eligibility is after 10th and the course will be of 6 years, for 2nd exam the eligibility is after 12th and the duration of the course will be of 4 years, and for the third the eligibility is after doing diploma and duration of the course will be 3 years, the application forms are available in the institute website and it's still accepting responses for some more time period
