Himalayan University Itanagar is a State Private University, founded by the Jean foundation in 2013, established under Sec 2(F) of UGC Act, 1956, by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh at the Nahalagun in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Himalayan University in Itanagar has opened admissions for the 2025–26 academic session across various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
The university provides a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across various disciplines, but BPES is not available.
Himalayan University in Itanagar does offer lateral entry courses. Students who have completed a relevant diploma (after 10+2) can join the second year of corresponding degree programs.
The fee for the MA in geography is not available, you can visit the college or contact their admissions office. You must have done graduation in relevant field for admission into the post-graduation.
