Himalayan University is one of the top ranked universities in Arunachal Pradesh. It was established in 2013. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research level programs. This includes BA, MA, B.Sc, M.Sc, Ph.D. and M.Phil programs. The courses offered at Himalayan University cover more than 9 specializations at the UG and PG level.

Himalayan University UG Admission 2024
Himalayan University offers various UG courses in different specializations. Candidates should have passed 10+2 in the relevant stream to be eligible to apply.

Himalayan University Ph.D. and M.Phil Admission 2024
Himalayan University also offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. and M.Phil research programs in different specializations. The minimum eligibility to apply is a Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant field.
Admission to the Ph.D. program will be made through the Research Entrance Aptitude Test (TREAT) and interviews as per Ph. D. regulation of the university.

- For Ph.D., candidates who have already passed UGC (JRF) Examinations/ NET/ SET/ SELT or have M. Phil degree can directly appear for the interview.

The application process is offline for all the courses. Candidates should follow the steps specified below:

- Click on ‘download application form’ option available on the homepage.
- Fill in the form accordingly.
- The form must then be sent via email to the designated addresses.

- Well enough for good education. Has it's own botanical garden.
- Cafeteria and cyber cafe are near the campus. You get both veg and non veg cafes

- Faculty could have been better. Too much change of teachers.
- By my time infrastructure was bot up to the mark but now it has improved.

Hence, I have chosen to take admission only to this college. Students who want to take admission in the college should have completed their 10+2 from a recognizedd board and must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at their class 12 level to be eligible to pursue a BA course offered by the college. A 5% marks relaxation is also provided for the SC/ST candidates.
