Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good.. In Computer Science Engineering coding is the main component.. In future their is a huge opportunity.. Thats why most of the students choose Computer Science Engineering. In this course it have some difficulty but not that much.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is around 40000 per semester.. Scholarship are aslo available.. There is also student credit card loan options.. Overall in 4 years fees is around 400000 .. Services in college is very good.

Campus Life

The campus life is average because there is no playground in this campus. But it's offers indoor games. Also provide ground for cricket and football tournament ... Tech fest is also happened every year.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good.. The food quality is decent. Hostel fees for 3 months around 19800 . Hostel have good environment for studies.. There is also some pg and rental room around the college.. But it is quite costly.

Hostel Fee: INR 6800 per year

Admission

Admission process is quite complicated but it is done easily.. After given WB JEE the admission process is started.. Around 17k cutoff for Computer Science Engineering in this college.. HS with science more than 60% is enough for this course.

Faculty

Faculty members are good.. Also support every time.. Help us in any problem.. Teachers are good.. They teach very well.. They provide study material. Sone teachers are not good.. but overall the faculty members are well..

Placement Experience:

The Students here can apply for CDC Placements in Final Year and if I tell about B.Tech. Specifically then in 7th Semester of their course. Many prominent companies visit here for recruiting the brilliant minds like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Intel, Qualcomm, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, IBM, Texas Instruments, Tata Steel, L&T, Bajaj Auto, Flipkart, American Express, Infosys, Wipro, PwC....and many more. There isn't any data provided by our institute to us stating of the highest and average package by particular comapanies and the profiles offered. But I can tell you of my department's 2023-24 CDC Placement drive: We had the highest no. of offers that is 128. Highest offer made was 1.4Cr INR pa and Median and average package offered were 21-22 lakhs pa and 25-26 lakhs pa respectively. almost 87% students had got placed in the last placement season. The 2024-25 Placement season isn't over now, but till Dec 2 2024, again we had the highest no. of offers that is 20. If I talk about my future plans, I want to go into reasearch in VLSI Industry in future as the VLSI is Tech of the future.

I appeared for an entrance exam and I got a seat for CSE (data science) course at Techno International New Town. But I filled upgradation form and went for round 2. And I got a seat for Information Technology course at B. P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology. So I took admission in this college rather than taking risks of going to round 3.
