Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is quite upto date as they teach us C programming language and DSA in our first year of course only. The exam level is quite good, above a moderate level. In terms of preparing for real-world challenges, they lacs in giving us a competitive environment and link no coding culture among students. Colleges should encourage hackathons.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For our batch when we took admission our tution fees were around 5.5 lacs but after about 6 months of admission, they raised our fees by 50 thousand, which makes our total fees around 6 lacs. Moreover, they take 1500 as exam fees. All government scholarships are available here like nsp and all.

Campus Life

All books are easily available, and moreover, semester books are provided by the college library for free. Some classrooms are smartboard enabled and some are not. Club activities are quite low in this college. As of now, I didn't get into any clubs in our college.

Admission

I got into the college through the WBJEE entrance exam and its cutoff was about 17000 to 19000 for CSE. For other branches, it drops to 50000. Moreover, over students can easily get in through the direct admission process.

Faculty

2.5

The faculty to student ratio is not that much appreciable as it's about 1 teacher for every 70-80 students. Teachers are quite helpful and easily approachable. Maximum faculties are PhD holders but some of them lack in teaching methodologies and communication with students.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.
