First of all, The eligibility for my course is the only basis on the cutoff for which course you want to apply it's totally on the cutoff, If you have enough marks to qualify for the cut off then you are eligible for the admission process. There is an official website of DU in which you can easily find the application form or fees & the starting date or ending date of the admission form. I wished for changes in the admission process, bcoz many of the students lack bcoz of the cutoff process but now DU changed their admission process. At our time, the admission process used to be on Merit bases, there was an entrance test in only some selected courses and there was a common application form for all the colleges of Delhi University, which had to be filled out online on the website of the University.
