Course Curriculum Overview

My course is political science honours and I think it is the best course according to my thinking it provides a wide variety of mind developing techniques it also make us understand about our society and students of this course are all good

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 12550 per year

Placement Experience

There is a placement cell exist in our college sone days before there were many companies came to our college and provided placements to the students with the average package of 7LPA and I heard that most of the students got the package of 5 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of my course is rs 12550 and I think as per my knowledge there is a special kind of scholarship for the students who belonged to the ST category of north east states of India I think they got apex rs 50000 in the scholarship scheme

Campus Life

I think my college is more or less good because there are most societies exist in our college for maths,commerce, ,science,etc this provide a lot of personality development in the student and there are many seminars held in the college to motivate students

Admission

Earlier the admissions was based on the merit based on the percentage you have achieved in your class 12th but now the admission is based on the Cuet named entrance exam I think it is good because now everyone who have Knowledge get the admission

Faculty

Teachers are supportive and provides good interaction with the students in terms of teachings and internal assessment and provides good studying environment and teachers clears all doubt related queries

USME DTU Economics Hons review

Placement Experience:

placement and internship fares are regularly conducted on campus where various companies which are mostly start-ups visit to recruit students for internships and entry level roles. Students become eligible for internships from the first year itself. placement opportunities are generally available after the completion of the full degree and only final year. Students are eligible to apply for full-time rules. last during our last internship and placement fair over 20 companies visited and recruited almost 150 candidates.There are no separate records distinguishing internship from placement.The highest package reported for economics honours is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is approximately five lakhs per annum.As per my future plans,I intend to pursue a masters degree after completing my undergraduate course.

DTU has a calming effect!

Placement Experience:

For USME, FMCG and Financial companies are the ones which are put in place. The only reason is that those are the companies where we can add value and placements of both courses of USME happens together and combined if I say around 75% students are placed. My plan though is to join GIPE after my graduation ends this year.

DTU USME is as good as it's engineering college.

Placement Experience:

DTU because East campus is more known for USME placements revolve around us. Now core companies of our sectors are the ones that deals with finance, insurance or stocks. So nearly 20-30 companies of that space or sector hires over 100 students of BAE every year.

Many companies come as ever since USME has been installed at the east campus the tie-ups with the brands happened before that. So we were etaught accordingly the war corporate wanted us and that is how this has been done with solid precision and thus our placements have never jolted.

DTU is Totally Worth Spending Time At!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements have been good from what I have noticed this year. BBA and BAE students get almost the same packages and same companies hire the students. Average package for BAE students is 5.5 Lakhs and for BBA it's a little high at 6 lakhs or so.

Our college has a very active and effective placement cell. Major companies like Goldman Sachs, Bain among many others come on campus for not just placements but also internships. Average and Median packages are between 8 and 10 lakh per annum, with highest packages going up to 25 lakhs. My Shyam Lal College POV Memories

I choose this college because this college is most nearest Delhi University college from my home. I got this college because of my CUET marks and the preference list I made in CSAS portal. Cut off for my colleagues is not very high therefore students who want to get a good college and not expecting to get the north campus college prefer my college and the same reason I chose this college. Mostly bachelor of arts and Bachelor of commerce students prefer this college and only few students choose bachelor of science course provided by my college. I think roll colleges for the part it's pieces very high has compared to North campus colleges over the same course for example fees or my course in this college is 30000 while in North campus college it is around 17000 for first year students...Read More
