Course Curriculum Overview
I'm currently studying BA program in this college. According to me, the college is pretty good.With the academics, the teachers in the faculty is very good.Sometimes there are some teachers who are not good but it's okay. The syllabus of BA program similar as the Hons.If you do four year program as we all know the new education policy twenty twenty allows us to convert our program degree into honest degree if we do it 4years. The timing Of the colleges is from 8:30 to 5:30.Here comes the problem.It is very difficult for students coming from far away to reach the college at 8:30 especially in winters.
Fees and Financial Aid
So the college takes fee yearwise. The fee for 1 year for BA program is around 13,200 and with this the college takes exam fee for the sem exam. So mine is approximately 1200, so all in all you have to pay. 15 k for a year which is not too much Apart from this you don't have to pay any amount to the college
Campus Life
Talking about the social life in the college.Has a good social life as life as you get chance to meet people from different places and different states so The exposure here is very good.Also the culture society's help us to improve our Personality. Society's like in actress, dance, singing debate NGO though.Are a big part of college life. One must join the society's ones in their college life because the Deal is all about society and fun.
Admission
College is good for bsc students. Especially geography and bio faculty is very good. The college is good in ncc and sports. All kind of cultural societies are there in the college and they are active. The college have two campus. 1 Old building 2 New building. The infrastructure of new building is good but the old building lacks infrastructure. Classes of BA prog. And B com are held in the old campus and the classes of rest courses are held in new building. Both the campuses are about 100m from each other. Many times students have to change the campuses for some purpose which is very disturbing especially during the summers. Some times teachers of extra subjects takes classes in old and sometimes in the new and this becomes a problem for the students of both campus. The college is situated in the north delhi. Alipur 110036 is the pincode of the college. The nearest metro from the college is about 10kms. DTC and autos are available
