Course Curriculum Overview

I had a keen interest in technology and electronics which led me to choose B.Tech ECE as my curriculum. The curriculum is very much based on industry needs and the technologies which are rewuired in the real world. There is a scope of improvement if the curriculum teaches about personal finance too.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 647000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The semester fees is 79000 Rs and 2000 Rs is the examination fees. Scholarship is provided by the West Bengal government. The campus placement goes upto 25 lpa and an average package of 5 lpa is offered.

Campus Life

Campus offers a decent college life. There are 2 fest held in the college. First is the tech fest VIVARATA . The second fest is called SANKARAN. There is an inter-departmental sports event which has over 10 sports category like Volleyball, Football, Kabbadi, Cricket, Athletics etc .

Admission

Eligibility criteria was 75% in 12th boards. Entrance exam was conducted called TNJEE. Full marks was 25 in which cutoff was 22. It consisted of GK PCM and English questions. After the exam stream was to be chosen. Then admission fees was to be submitted. And process was completed.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else
