Course Curriculum Overview :

The clinics in the college is extremely helpful and really very informative. It prepares is really well for the real world scenario, As we learn how to communicate well with the patients without hurting their feelings or intruding their privacy. Especially the new curriculum CBME involves a lot more patient-doctor interactions

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tuition Fees is around 7,34,000 rupees. And hostel fees is almost 1 lakh rupees. The special fees is 80k in first year and then reduces the next following years. Scholarships can be applied. Applying for scholarships for the first year is the best.

Campus Life :

Eventhough the cultural activites are less in out college, academically they give a huge wide range of cases. Sports is supported. Extracurricular activities (off stage) is encouraged well. But on stage activites are not encouraged much. There are union every year and it helps in the students' wellfare and programs

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is extremely good, considering the amount of students accomodated here. The rooms and washrooms are cleaned by the staff daily or on every alternative days. The mess food is also very satisfactory mostly. Hostel even ensured our safety well.

Admission :

I wrote NEET examination. And has 550 marks. To get admission in MES medical College in 2022 , cutoff was almost 530 marks. After giving our choices in the KUHS site (Kerala admission site) with all the necessary forms of caste and minority, I got admitted based on my marks. Here there are exams every now and then, but this helps in the better understanding of the concepts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We were brought into the new CBME curriculum. Even the faculty finds it hard to comply with as it is a new system. There are a lot of small group discussions and self directed learning programmes that consider the teacher as just a facilitator and students are meant to learn with the guidance of the facilitator.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Why MBBS because it has been my dream since of I was kid and I’m glad that I made it this far. Each batch in my college have 250 students and for every 25 students one faculty would be given as mentor, whom we can approach for any of queries. Apart from that practical and clinical postings are really fascinating. We would have year exams as to qualify each year, and a few internal exams every 2-3 months. And these exams I wouldn’t put it too tough that we have to give our 100% of time for only studies but nor too easy. If we put a moderate effort for studies we are soo good to go.

MBBS is a course which saves the lives of patient and cure thier illnesses which will bring light to their life. From second year onwards we start getting clinical exposures, which helps us to prepare for the real world medical situations.Exams are conducted every 3 months which are quite difficult but will help us analyse our knowledge and improve them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is actually not difficult but it isvery much vast so it we find a little bit hard to survive mbbs.Clinically based studies are more usefull than the theory sessions.Exams are stressfull due to the topics that we have to cover, interval between exams are normal

As I Was The first CBME batch in our college ,it was a little thought for the teachers to adapt but now after learning from our mistakes ,they have changed all their old way of teaching and now they try to do competency based teaching rather than just teaching
